From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath 12th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's. The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area. Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities. Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Condominium great location and we met a lot of Nice people. Check in was great! BUT condo needs a lot of updating. First when you walk in door the floor has an inch crack almost all the way across the entrance way. Where the flooring is cracking and coming up. We had to buy rug to keep from tripping over it and making it worse. The master bath is a from a time capsule. Vinyl wallpaper peeling loose from wall. A large disgusting stain in one sink that will it come out. Crack in the tub surround. The garbage disposal smelled ran water in it and turned it on. It backed up into the sink. We what to plunge and plunge to get it cleared. The washer needs a good cleaning smells moldy. I did’t use it. The couch is ripped in the back and you can tell where it has been sewed several times. When we told the maintenance about it they said they knew about it.

We’ve stayed at Long Beach before, so the location was awesome. Just a few minor details….1) we never could get the tv in the living room to work with the 3 remotes! 2) I wished the bathtub in the master has a stopper so I could enjoy that big tub and relax. 3) I also wished the master bath had a wider shower curtain to adequately reach the sides. Other than those 3 ‘minor’ things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The condo didn’t look like the pics. Floor was broken the were holes in the wall that were patched but not painted. Not very clean. Very disappointed with condo and would not recommend to anyone

The location was nice plus the view from the bedrooms. We lost power for 2 hours during our stay and then for 20 minutes the next day. The sliding door going to the balcony was very hard to open, doors was rusted outside going to bedrooms. Overall not a neat or clean place

Nice location, clean condo, only problem we had were one of the elevators wasn’t working well. Sliding glass door was hard to close, gap at top when we would close it but we started just using the doors in bedrooms which is very nice to have. Soft spots in floor in several spots but would love to stay again.

The condo was filthy. Mold and rust in and on the patio. The resort itself was clean. One elevator was down all week. It took all you had to try and open the sliding glass door to the patio due to the built up junk and filth in the tracks. We had our two month old granddaughter with us. We had to literally wipe everything down with Clorox before even bringing her in. Disappointed is an understatement. Those pictures are very deceiving. Would never recommend this condo to anyone. No toilet paper or paper towels. Not one roll Just to get us started. Such a shame.

we really enjoyed our stay. the condo was nice and clean for the most part. the kitchen is fairly well stocked w/ cookware and stuff, floors were very clean, very well kept, would absolutely stay here again, but it does need new skillets badly, mattresses seem newer but need great improvement and the shower curtain liners need replaced.

You need to hire a new cleaning crew. I spent the first day cleaning this place. I took pictures of everything. How does a cleaning crew not see a plate under a chair? I also found several grapes under the couch. under the beds i found a pair of shorts, socks, hair clips. The other bedroom i found aloe Vera gel, hair clips, a pair of underwear… It looks as if whatever was in the dishwasher were not clean and got put away It was disgusting so I washed all the silverware, plates, bowls. Under the couch and beds looks like they hadn’t been swept in months, and there is an electrical box that wasn’t attached to the floor. We had 4 towels 2 in each bathroom 1 hand towel in each bathroom and 10 wash cloths lol. There was four of us and not enough towels so we went and bought xtra towels. The coffee filter still had coffee grounds in it.. There was 2 apples and dry food left in the kitchen cabinet.. If you plan on cooking breakfast better bring your own skillet cause the 2 they have are burnt up. Not one spatula… The cleaning crew is horrible and NOT DOING THE JOB… You should at least have some kind of spray and rags to do dishes and. clean the counters down etc. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING THATS IT….

Overall, this place was a great place to stay. It has easy beach access and everything you would need to be satisfied. The place could definitely use some updating. There were a few stains on the walls, floors, and counters. We had issues with the dishwasher working so we had to wash everything by hand. After reading previous reviews, we were concerned about our stay and how clean it would be but we would 100% come back and stay here again.

However, the 2nd night we woke up we were covered in bites, which we later determined by pest control were bug bites.. The property manager and staff were no help, and didn't do anything to resolve the issue.. We ended up leaving due to the situation, and the property manager is not giving us any kind of refund or compensation.. I still have not been able to get in contact with the PM.. $1,300 down the drain. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

The condo was nicely decorated, had a beautiful view, but the floors were not cleaned. Our feet would turn black on the bottom within a few minutes of walking around barefoot so you could tell it had not been mopped. I am not one to complain, we really did enjoy our stay, but I also sent them an email they need to be double checking the cleanings to make sure they are done properly.

This place is located in a beautiful area and they have started to do some updates. However more updates are needed on the property. Walls need painted and base boards need some TLC. Could use some nicer furniture in the bedrooms and balcony. Kitchen is usable but dishwasher didn't work. Overall enjoyed our stay.

A condo with great potential, gorgeous views, great pools, nice security and close to all amenities. However, the condo is significantly outdated. The beds were awful and need replaced. The condo was filthy, mold was growing in the bathroom, and we needed to clean before we could shower. There were rusty loose nails in between the windows and ledge, very easy for a small child to grab. Baseboards are coming off and full of dirt. It is clear a minimal effort was made between guests to ensure cleanliness. Read a previous review mentioning bed bugs, when I called management no one called me back. The email I sent was then replied to with a message that all condos get bed bugs and they but special sheets on the mattress. The response did not fill me with confidence. We did not see bed bugs.

I will start by saying that the location of the property is perfect, easy to get in and out of, Walmart was right across the street. Easy access to activities. Right on the beach. Great views and easy beach and pool access. That's all of the positives. Negatives, door is visually rusty, could use a coat of paint along with the rest of the walls. A good deep cleaning would also be helpful. The pillows on the bed were stained and need replaced. My husband got bites every night we were there and while I didn't see any, I'm pretty sure there were bedbugs. So mattresses needed replaced. The floors were not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken out of the wall. Windows and mirrors weren't clean. The dishwasher had not been ran. Just really needs updating and cleaned well. I wouldn't stay again mainly because of the dirty conditions. And for the amount of money paid with a cleaning fee, it should have been better.
