Apartamento Acogedor

Nos gustó el apartamento y las comodidades que tiene. La localización es accesible a los diferentes puntos de interés de la ciudad, 10-25 minutos caminando.

Un aspecto a reflejar en la descripción de la propiedad, de manera clara, que es un 4to piso y no hay elevador.

Big apartment - 3rd floor - no lift - suitable for younger travelers - travel light...

The location is convenient. It is about 10 minutes walk to places of interest. Stores & dining options are nearby. There are parking options / garages nearby for those driving in.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift. It is inconvenient for anyone with big bags, elderly travelers, babies, prams etc. This is not explicitly advertised related to the property. It should be as it would be a factor in the choice of the property.

We enjoyed beautiful facilities in an excellent location, represented by wonderful hostesses.

We were attracted to the property for its location as a base for exploring Porto and for its relatively affordable price. We were exceptionally please that, on top of all of that, the apartment was very attractively and comfortably decorated and outfitted. Barbara and Joana, our hostesses, were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. On a reunion week with our two adult sons and one daughter-in-law, the apartment provided superb space for socializing and communal meal prep and dining, as well as separate access to private bedroom and bath facilities. Wonderful!

We had a couple of minor issues with one door lock and a bathroom sink drain. Barbara and Joana were again prompt and wonderful in addressing these.

Ubicación y comodidad. Es amplio, tiene todo lo que necesitas y no hay ruidos que molesten. Alguien citaba las escaleras, pero en mi caso, vivo en casa con escaleras y estoy acostumbrado a ellas. No es para tanto ese tema. Supermercados andando y fácil aparcamiento en el apartamento.
