Pretty much everything. The host was fantastic. I had to call him over a couple of minor things and he was very helpful. Spoke very good English also. The location was brilliant. You have to climb 6 flights of stairs which is fun exercise :). The facilities were excellent. Nice cosy kitchenette area with everything you need and a large fridge. Nice small tele.

No lights on the staircase leading up to the entrance is not ideal in the evenings and the main entrance door you need to have another key from the inside to exit not 100% safe in the event of an emergency. These are minor items though easily rectified. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Leuke ligging, huis heeft een combinatie van oude elementen in een modern jasje. Centrum was leuk, jammer dat we er zo kort verbleven. Mooie douche, fijne zitplek, goede inrichting van het huis.

Het bed lag erg hard, de waterstraal van de regendouche had iets sterker gemogen, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit appartement niet aan te raden. Je moet via de trap naar de derde etage. Verder is dit een uitstekende plek

Eine Seite des Bettes im Schlafzimmer ist durch die Dachschräge etwas schwer zugänglich, kein Problem für Jüngere, aber für Ältere könnte es etwas mühsam sein

We loved A Nest in Town! My error was only staying one night and sadly, we were in and out within 18 hours. Amiens is a gorgeous city and the people are very friendly and accommodating. Frédérick was a wonderful host. We wanted dinner reservations at a particular restaurant as per his suggestion and when he couldn't reach the proprietors by phone, he went directly to the restaurant on our behalf. They were ultimately unable to accommodate us however, Frédérick sent us elsewhere and we ended up having an absolutely amazing dinner and evening overall (it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip). I loved the fun and eclectic decor of the apartment, the washroom was so well appointed and the bedroom was cozy in the alcove. It is the perfect holiday home. The location is very central for exploring and the added bonus of complimentary parking really was a relief. There are stairs going to the apartment (3 flights if I remember correctly) as well as stairs going up to the bedroom. It was not an issue for us but, worth mentioning if you travel with a lot of luggage. We will be returning and next time for 5 nights.
