I liked that the staff member was nice and helpful. We arrived after midnight because our flight was late and we were welcomed by a nice man at the reception desk. I liked the location as it was convinient when traveling from the airport. Room was clean.
I stayed in Sheraton hotels before and was extremely happy, especially with one in Seoul, Korea that was the one of the best hotel we have ever stayed. Unfortunately I can't tell the same about this hotel. Room was small and basic, most of all there was no air conditioning and the temparature in the room made it hard to feel good there. It was way too warm.

Awesome staff, great location just a few minutes walk to the metro stop. Nice spacious room. Comfortable beds and good shower. Quiet.
No A/C and a window that barely cracks, made the room stuffy and despite cool temperatures and wind, it was too warm.

Comfy bed, good shower, good location for us.
No space for bags, no space for hanging clothes, no refrigerator, unhelpful person working the bar. We asked for ice and the person at the bar said they didn’t have any even though he gave us ice already. I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have ice.
