Shower only had hot water for 2 people had to have cold shower one day and reset the boiler the next day. there was 1 toilet roll for 4 people very stingy and no kitchen towel

just wanted to say we left the apartment a night early as nothing was done about the really bad smell the kettle toaster was not working i had bought some food to cook over the course of the weekend but due to the fridge smelling and not being clean i could not store any of the food in there. im really disappointed and let down as i paid money for this and it was my husbands birthday. we didn’t get to spend anytime in the apartment as we were stuck in the bedroom or had to go outside to avoid the smell. i have asked for the company issue a refund for the night that we have not spent there it would be appreciated as i did not get any value for my money but have still not got a reply!! i had booked an apartment as it was alot more convenient.

The noise at night from above was absolutely ridiculous. Constant banging all through the night.

The property we originally booked was not ready for us when we arrived. Was messed up by the previous person who stayed there. We were informed 30 mins before check in vianthe app message and we onlybsaw the message when we entered the property. They moved us to another property which was a distance from the wedding reception we were attending. The new property was clean and tidy. Some hairs on the bathroom. But forgivable. Bed was comfortable kitchen was fully functional. There is a nearby Morrisons too. Overall comforable stay.

Id say communication with the property staff is poor. They advertised as pet friendly but when you book and message them they would say they are not allowing pets. So messgae them first and dont make my mistake of booking first and then messaging them. When i questioned their advertising as pet friendly, they never replied and i had to message booking.com customer service to address the issue. I did not even get an acknowledgment message from the property about the issue. Plus the informing us that the property was not ready and transferung us ti another property via the app messaging 30 mins before checking in, i just think as short notice as it is, i shouldve been called. So we couldve saved our effort travelling back and forth and also we could have avoided us being stuck in the lift with my baby.

This property is well maintained and kept at a high standard. The team were available via the chat or via phone to help with any queries I had. And always responded in a prompt manner. It was east to collect the keys and to access the property, and all information was received in a good time span. The property managers had even thought ahead and provided a lighter duvet and a fan in the event of the hotter weather, this was very much appreciated.

What could have been better would be for there to be more provisions of basic amenities mainly relating to the kitchen. For example, other properties I have stayed in would have a small basket of maybe some tea selections, coffee sachets and sugar sachets. This would have been helpful for people who do not travel with these items, as I travel regularly, I brought my own so it wasn’t an issue for me, but is a suggestion. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was still full of unwashed items from the last guest, and there were no dishwasher tablets to rectify this leading to me having to hand wash items with makeshift washing up liquid. So either having dishwasher tabs or dishwashing liquid available for your guests would have also been helpful.

could have done with more toilet roll provided and also basics like salt and pepper would have been handy ….. also enough cleaning products provided to clean up after ourselves- pot washing etc
