The location overlooking St Ives is great,located in a nice quiet area. The apartment is very well apointed. Everything seems new.

Do not think the apartment was cleaned very well, oven had greasy trays, dirt under microwave, floor not cleaned very well
stains on single beds mattress ,bed in double room uncomfortable.
