コスパがいいです。
赤ちゃんがいるので洗濯機やキッチンがあるのは助かります。
比較的に中心部にも近いので移動もしやすかったです。
冷房が入ってましたが部屋に入った時に湿気臭く感じた。
除湿を常につける、もしくは除湿機を置いた方がいいと思います。
また、キッチンスポンジは使い捨てだと衛生的にいいです。
ラップやキッチンペーパーなどあるとさらに助かります。
ソファーを都度拭いてるんだと思うのですが、半乾きの匂いがしました。拭く布を使い捨てのものにするか消毒しなおした方がいいです。
お風呂も若干汚れてるのが気になりました。
口コミに書いてた物音は若干あったけど許容範囲かな
洗濯機を夜に回すと特に響くようです。

三人入住、進房時冷氣已預先幫我們開啟 而且沙發床也已經幫我們鋪好 很棒。
而且房間看前面比照片大很多 很舒適！

立地がとても良かった。また必要なアメニティなども一通り揃っており快適に過ごせた。
エアコンがもしかして故障していたのか温度設定を変えてもあまりきかなかった
