On the main level you will find a beautiful living room, a dining table that seat 6 comfortably, an updated kitchen, a laundry room/mudroom, and a convenient half bath. Bedrooms: Master bedroom with closet and dresser, queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), closet and dresser Third bedroom/office with twin bed. Internet Wi-Fi included Laundry room on first floor level 2car garage with ping pong table. Spectacular Parks and Downtown area in historic neighborhood.

Great stay! Loved staying in an historic Greendale original. By far the cutest exterior around. The place was well appointed and cozy. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and pathways through town. Owner was extremely helpful with questions.

A perfect home to meet with our family.. also had an early Christmas gathering. Entertaining approx 17 people. All worked out wonderfully. Hope to repeat next Christmas.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for what we needed. Quaint, but clean and was fully stocked with anything you could need. The Village of Greendale is completely walkable to stores, coffe shops/bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shop, and a wine bar. Flowers everywhere and many of the original homes have a decoration on their chimney, so that was fun to walk around and find! Would recommend!

Wonderful property, well appointed and clean. The location within walking distance to the Village was fantastic. Stayed with family for a family reunion just outside of Milwaukee and was very happy to have found the listing. Having grown up in Greendale it was also a homecoming!

The owner responded quickly to emails and text messages. It’s an older home so the locks did stick a bit trying to open and close doors with the key. The house was the perfect size for 4 people to have their own beds, sitting in the living room and at the kitchen table.

Lovely time at your place and very close to Milwaukee. The area that the house is located is lovely. Very clean property that accommodated our family and dogs. We appreciated having such a nice home to visit with our family and our pets. Thank you.

We had a great visit in August and enjoyed our stay! We loved being so close to walk down to Historic Greendale and shop and eat! Also loved being literally down the street from Southridge mall and all the food and shopping! Thank you!

Darling home close to Milwaukee, the zoo, the cutest downtown. Erica made everything easy: easy to communicate with, left detailed instructions for the property for a seamless check in and was available if we needed to contact her. It’s our second time staying-already looking forward to more visits!

The home is on the older side but very well kept up. The neighborhood is very nice with plenty of places to visit. There is even a walking path that goes through all the neighborhoods. It is close to Milwaukee and oak Creek. The home is big enough for a family and the owner definitely provides plenty of board games and puzzles for the youngsters to keep busy with. I highly recommend the Milk Can and Ricardo's restaurant to eat at. Both are only 2 blocks away.

We moved across the country and needed the perfect place to lay our heads while we hunted for our house. Needless to say, this house was a PERFECT transition house for us. Clean, quaint, plenty of room with beautiful little backyard and patio this home was perfect for our needs. Located just a stones throw from a little "downtown area" and a quick 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants, this location offered the quiet we desired with the convenience of modern amenities. The owner was beyond a pleasure to work with and highly communicative. I have already shared with several friends about my experience and they definitely will be looking here first when booking a stay in town.

The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. Our two kiddos were able to walk to the park. We also walked to a nice cafe and some cute shops close by. It had everything we needed. The upstairs is creaky when you walk. The owner is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again.

The property was satisfactory for our stay. The queen bed was very broken down and no one slept through the night in it. The doors are also very difficult to close and lock. For the higher price, we expected some nicer amenities. Would probably make an effort to find a different location for our next stay.

Such a great location. We were up for a quick trip to visit family in the area and the house was exactly what we needed for the stay. The area is fantastic and the village of Greendale being so close was a huge bonus! Very comfortable interior, the master bed was incredible. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house but when we did it felt like home. We will absolutely be renting this place again on our next visit. Thanks again!

The location of this property is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local farmer's market. Nice to have 3 bedrooms. Stairs to the upper level are very creaky so once one person is up in the mornings, everyone can hear them as they go downstairs. Nice small backyard. Off street parking. Very safe neighborhood.
