The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal. The bedroom can be opened up to the living room to create an open concept feel, or closed for privacy. Each room has a portable air conditioning unit. Located inside the Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside bbq area, and use of laundry facilities. Free Wi-Fi is included. Hazel was amazing! The property was having water & pipe issues throughput our stay which made the apartment very uncomfortable, Hazel was very professional & worked with us.

Great location. Manager was very responsive. While the photos on line were of the Unit, they were taken awhile ago as the Unit has had some substantial use since then. Had it not been for the overwhelming mildew smell from the bathroom (we had to keep the door closed the entire time), I probably would have rated the place a 5.

Although the condo was clean it and the building are dated and in need of some updating. If you like the bustle of city life this is an affordable place to stay. Parking was difficult if you come in the evening. The ad listed 1 parking spot included but the owner comminicated that there was no parking pass available and that we could stay around the corner in the parkong garage. We arrived around 11PM from the airport and the garage was full, no parking available on the street. We ended up parking 3/4 of a mile away and walking back to the building.

upon first walking in to the unit, it was okay and appeared to be the unit we agreed upon. the problems arose when dirty q-tips with ear gunk were found not only in the bathroom but also the living room area. what was most disturbing was the CRACK pipe our son found in the larger bedroom! maybe a different cleaning company would help. im sorry i didnt take pictures of the pipe or q-tips before throwing it away..... the best part of our stay was the location and pool hours. I’m asking you to take off the photo of this property because this Condo is really mist, it’s need to renovate it really old. When I was moved in I can see the hole on the wall, gar-bet is so old. It’s totally looks different from how it’s show on the picture website. Please STOP rent ut out to people, because it to old. On the other hand my two girls using the elevator to go down stright and the with guys rent after them and pull one of the girl hair out from the elevator and track her out from the elevator, so we went down to look for the Security to make a complain , but no security available at that time. So I’m going to bring this complain to the city police and see what they said about this situation.

This place met our needs as little time was spent inside. Centrally located, within walking distance to food, beaches and shopping. Definitely needs updating! Curtains stained, bathroom in need of major upgrade, beach towels provided were actually bath towels, kitchen not fully stocked as advertised. Although it was clean, it did not look like the beachy place in picture.
