The property is very centrally located, right next to the park and within walking distance of the beach (around 15 minutes). Staff were polite and helpful. There is also a rooftop bar, and the hotel was generally very clean.
One downside would be that the room we staid in has no windows, which made the space feel quite claustrophobic. This should be clearly stated in the room description to manage expectations.
But, for the price you pay, it is an excellent value.

Location was ok 1 km from the beach
Upon check in the young lady didn’t smile once and not very friendly. We were not informed that there was construction next door with jack hammer going early hours and all day until late. Guests arriving home between 2 am to 4 am slamming doors every night. The walls are paper thin.
