Welcome to Ryan's Notch a 3 bed,2 bath lg. open living rm, and kitchen and open loft. private wooded back yard with fire pit to set around and toast marshmallows . Located 10 min. to Bretton woods and Canon ski mountains . Lots of Hiking and walking trails with winter Snowmobiling right out the back door connecting to main trails ,15 min. to Santa's Village, Gog railway and 30 min. to story land.

Paul’s home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Just minutes from Bretton Woods, the home is cozy yet provided plenty of room for our party of 8. There were pullouts and air mattresses available so that everyone had their own bed. Paul was responsive to our needs during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Great property, great location. Went up skiing at loon and Bretonwoods was easy to get to from both locations. House was exceptionally clean, great layout. Host is extremely efficient and very responsive would highly recommend

We recently stayed at Ryan's Notch and it was just as the listing explained the property. It was the perfect spot for our two-night getaway with our three children (5-11). Very homey and welcoming for families. Kitchen is well appointed. Location was perfect for our activities (Santa's Village, Littleton, Lost River Gorge). Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay! My husband and I, my two kids and in laws found the house very convenient to our visits to Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post. We loved that the house had a crib for our 2 year old and the kids loved all the toys that were there. It slept the 6 of us very comfortably and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Paul responded super quickly to my messages both before and during the trip. We were able to find a few very good restaurants for dinner after a little research, as many of the restaurants in the area are closed on some weekdays. It is a wooded area so our only thing that we had a little trouble with was it being buggy and bugs entering the house through the air conditioning units. Overall though, we had a wonderful stay and the house was exactly what we needed for our family trip!

Great property located near everything winter. Snowmobiled right out of back door and had a blast. So close to Breton Woods and the white mountain experience. Cute property and would stay again.

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable & accommodating. The only negative was the 2 inches of solid ice on the driveway.

This home provided a comfortable stay for my family. A great space to hang out together. Trails in the back were fun and so convenient. Great location to ski Brentonwoods xcountry skiing at Mt. Washington Motel.

Excellent stay for a family
Perfect house for a family. My kids were excited to have not only their own room, but to find some ‘new’ toys. The house was spacious enough to accommodate two small families, nice walkable neighborhood and perfect location to all of our planned activities. Paul was a great host - quick to respond to each message.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house had everything we needed. Paul answered all our questions promptly. A Great location for a visit to Santa’s Village and there were plenty of toys to entertain 2 little boys .
