CabAnna Maria is a completely renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach block vacation property that sleeps 8 comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds and each has a private bath with a shower. The bunk room has custom built-in twin over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs. A common bath with a tub is next to the bunk room. Dining room with a large round table seats eight. Custom kitchen with two dishwashers, professional knives and cookware. Living room offers oversized sectional, wicker chairs and poufs for comfortable seating. Oversized coffee table invites puzzles and board games. Large 75 inch flat screen TV. Full size washer and dryer. Private heated pool and spa. Pool cabana offers a sectional sofa, kitchenette with plates, cups and utensils, bar area with blender, refrigerator and sink conveniently located by Weber barbecue for easy meal prep. Half bath with outdoor shower is easily accessible from the pool. Stand Up Paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, bicycles, helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles included. Completely renovated with comfort and convenience in mind. Professional linen service includes bed linens, bath and beach towels. Casual beach décor soothes and relaxes guests. The original beach cottage still exists and has been incorporated into the whole house design during the recent exterior renovation. It is located on the ground floor at the back of the property and is separated by a breezeway. The cottage has a separate entrance and parking spot and does not have any access to pool, deck, cabana, beach toys or Willow Avenue parking. CabANNA Maria is nothing short of amazing! The house was perfect location to shops, restaurants and on a beach access road. The house had EVERYTHING you could need or want for a vacation week. It was comfortable, clean and supplied with so much! The outside space was incredible and so relaxing.
Owners so responsive and helpful but honestly we didn’t have to contact them for much since the place was so great! We will definitely be staying here again!

This home on Anna Maria Island was incredible. First of all, it is in a terrific location- a very short walk from the beach and also close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. The beach that it is near is beautiful, turquoise water and white sand- we saw turtles and manatees on the beach. From walking up and down the beach, it always seemed to be the most uncrowded stretch of beach in the area too! The house itself is amazing. It was perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels soft, the dishes, appliances, pots and pans, blenders etc all seemed new and were in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub were great- our kids loved the pool and it was always the perfect temperature. There is even a bathroom on ground level by the pool along with a cabana room that we ended up using a lot while our kids played in the pool. The house was so well equipped with outdoor toys- multiple bikes that we used to explore the island, pool toys, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets etc. there is even a wagon to transport gear to the beach. We loved not having to rent bikes and kayaks or run out to buy the things we needed for the beach. The owners of this property have thought of everything and were helpful and kind in their communications. I highly recommend this property- it is a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at "CabAnna Maria"! As many others have mentioned the house is just fantastic in so many ways -- so comfortable for our family, nice layout, and they really have thought of everything.
The pool was great and we spent much of our time there throughout our stay.
Location is great -- at the end of this short street is a small bridge that walks you right over to the gulfside beach, just steps away. We saw manatees and turtles at the beach.
You're also close to Pine Street and many options for restaurants and ice cream nearby in what seems to be a quieter part of the island.
Above all RIck and Sylvia were simply wonderful hosts, checking in on us and so helpful and friendly. They truly care about making sure you have a fantastic and comfortable stay.
We will definitely be back!

The location of this property was hands down the best we could have had. We stayed with our friends and had several other families we were traveling with nearby. Our house was centrally located and less than a minute walk to the beach. It quickly became the hangout for all! The house was updated, clean, and had all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. that we needed. Bikes were also included. Finally, the hosts, Rick and Sylvia were amazing. So kind and generous. They had many suggestions for us while sataying there, and they even made us pizza a few days. Such a great stay!

Stayed with Rick and Sylvia in March 2023. Couldn't say enough good things about them or the property. Everything you could need for the house, peach or pool was there which was huge with 3 kids. Third vacation to AMI and this will be the first property that I rent for a second time.

We’ve rented a house on AMI twice a year for 8 years on AMI … we know “the deal” pretty well. We always stay in the 100 block of the Gulf, because we have young kids and go back and forth from the beach to the kitchen to the pool and back… hourly. We always stay within walking distance of Pine…. because traffic is nuts and it is always faster to walk than drive/park. We have mastered the island, for our specific needs, and we know what we are looking for… and what we expect.
THIS SMASHED ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS!
It all comes down to one, key, detail : this house is managed by the owners. Directly. They take pride in their home and providing an outstanding experience for their guests. The kitchen was amazingly appointed with chef’s quality cookware (no rusty pans and dull knives!), which was a big deal for us because we cook for our hungry kids and husbands too many times to count, every day. The bathrooms were well stocked. The linens were amazing. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The pool was so warm it felt like a lagoon. The beach gear/toys were abundant. The owners were right next door, in daily contact, checking on us and available for any question we had, or deliveries, etc.
I could go on and on…. But this property is a gem. Super clean, well equipped, walkable …. and the difference all comes down to one thing: owner managed.
**Not some nameless, faceless, corporation that is ruining this gorgeous island.
Hands down, this house will be our first choice EVERY time we come to the island.

The location of this house is less than a block from the beach, which is so convenient - we didn't have to pack up for the whole day and shuttle everything plus people to and from the beach as we had done in the past. This home was perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we needed, and was the first beach home that really felt almost as comfortable as my own home because it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked - we ate breakfast and lunch at the house every day and went out for dinner at night. The pool, spa and cabana with the bar and TV was so nice to have in the evenings. The owners were very responsive when I had questions, and when we arrived and heard a smoke detector chirping - they immediately came and fixed the issue. Overall, the property is well cared for - beautiful, updated, clean and well thought out. We will definitely stay here again!

I have been coming to AMI for the past 35 years. The north end of AMI (Anna Maria) is the place to be. This property is in a prime location walking distance to restaurants and shops on Pine Ave. It is 4 doors down from the beach (Gulf side). The home is immaculate as it has been recently renovated and clearly has been meticulously cared for by its owners. The living space and its decor was comfortable and spacious with full bathrooms off 3 bedrooms that all could have been masters. There is also a bedroom with built in bunk beds - the bottom bunk is essentially a queen. Kitchen is supplied with everything for entertaining and feeding the crew at home. Big washer and dryer so no need to overpack. BBQ outside if you wish. There is a poolside lanai seating area with wet bar and refrigerator - protected from the elements. Pool, and hot tub are perfect for kids and adults. All of the beach toys are present for kids of all ages and adults - chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, stroller, running stroller, life jackets, kayak, paddle board, buckets for sand castles, etc... The entire property is well thought out - even USB ports in all bedrooms! Just bring yourself and some beachwear. The owners are really attentive. Very flexible. Very professional.

We loved everything about our stay. One thing I thought was great is they have everything! From a stroller for the little ones to kayaks for the beach! The pool was amazing, outdoor space was perfect and the house was just the right size! It was a vacation home we will remember forever and look forward to our next stay already!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was so wonderful. Rick has everything you need and has thought of everything. There is not only beach chairs unbrellas and toys but also a wagon to haul it all in. The beach towels are plentiful and right by the pool like a resort. The kitchen is fully stocked. The place is beautiful inside and very well appointed. Great beds and linens. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Perfect Vacation!
This was one of our best vacation rentals ever. The house and location were perfect, incredibly clean and Rick & Sylvia have thought of everything. The amenities were endless.. shampoo/conditioner/soap in every bathroom, all bedrooms having a bathroom, the pool with beach accessories and outdoor cabana were over the top. There were towels, beach towels, kid games and everything you’d need in the kitchen. We fully intend to stay here again in the future!

The Best AMI House Yet
Can’t say enough how great our stay was. We had such a great time, being walking distance to beach and having the pool on property. We had our parents, my brother and GF, and myself w my husband and kids - we each had our own respective suite and bathroom which was so so nice. The downstairs cabana area was absolutely perfect and my husband and I were able to sneak in pool time while our girls napped upstairs in the afternoon.
The house was spotless and Rick and Sylvia really thought of every detail (towels, toiletry specifics, blow dryer, life vests for kids, paddleboards, etc.).. they were also so so attentive, every question I had, it was a simple text away and things were resolved shortly after.
If you have a chance to stay here, don’t miss out on this gem! Not only is the property incredible, but you really feel taken care of by owners :)

Family vacation
We Took a family vacation for two weeks on the north shore of Anna Maria. We loved the location of the house. Perfect for walking to the beach and to pine and all the local shops.
The home was so well kept, clean, and felt like new on the inside. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and any tool you needed to make a great family meal. The beds and couch were very comfortable for movie watching- all tvs were smart TVs and every room and bathroom were very private and everyone had their space.
The beach supplies were fabulous, enough bikes and chairs for everyone. Kayaks, paddleboard, sand toys- really anything you can thing of! The jacuzzi was a lot of fun and the pool was cute to take a dip. The downstairs area by the pool was amazing, but the bugs really prevented us from relaxing by the pool or in the cabana area, we got eaten up like crazy no matter how much we sprayed, mosquitos were everywhere.
We asked Rick for spray and he promptly gave us off candles and sprayed around, he was amazing with communication and always answered any of our needs.
Some notes when visiting:
There is shampoo, conditioner., and soap in each shower.
There are garbage bags (which were a little flimsy and frustrating at times)
Small container of laundry detergent, enough toilet paper and one roll of paper towels.
There is coffee and filters in the kitchen but There are no spices, no cooking sprays, no oils no ziplocs, no aluminum or anything like that in terms of cooking and preparing food.
We really had an awesome time at the house and it felt so comfortable and homey. Thanks so much for a lovely stay in your home!

Amazing home in perfect location!
We enjoyed a fantastic week on Anna Maria and this property offered more than we could have asked for. It is immaculate inside and out, rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the home is equipped with every activity and amenity needed for a comfortable stay.
It is a minute walk to the beach and just a couple of blocks to shopping and dining on Gulf and Pine Aves.
My three young boys took advantage of the bikes, corn hole, kayaks, paddle board, pool toys and games.
We have rented houses before, but the hosts here have gone above and beyond to provide guests an abundance of towels, paper goods, soap/shampoo, beach conveniences and the list goes on! Highly recommend to anyone visiting AMI!

It was super clean and so we’ll appointed that my wife kept looking for something that should be improved - never found it. The hosts are wonderful - just ask and it’s done. The pictures and descriptions are all true - only it’s actually bigger and better than it looks. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is that it didn’t allow any more than that. We will be back.

We loved everything about the house- fantastic outdoor space, well laid out and super easy walk to beach. My only complaint is- you are right on the main drag and there is quite a bit of traffic noise. Would have a 5+ star but for that. Enjoy your stay!

We've stayed in a fair number of VRBO homes and this one by far stands out above all the others.The owners are incredibly responsive in all communication and thought of every detail in their well appointed, cozy, comfortable home on Anna Maria Island. The house is exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. Every bedroom and bathroom is comfortable and spacious. The living room is inviting, with plenty of seating and a large tv for movies in the evening. It was so nice to have chairs, bikes, kayaks, a paddle board, and wagon for the short, quiet stroll to the sand. The pool is perfect and the grounds well landscaped. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest, most comfortable house we have ever rented. Will most definitely go back to AMI just so we can stay here again.

We’ve been staying in Anna Maria one week every year for the last 5 years as a family reunion tradition and this is by far the best property we’ ve stayed! The house is inmaculated clean, everything looks brand new, exquisite decoration, every shower has luxury shampo and conditioner, is the first time that we stayed in a house that includes paddle boards, kayacks and bikes!! All the linen is high quality, they have enough beach towels and chairs! We are a party of eight and the walking distance to the beach was perfect so the kids can go by themselves and they didn’t have to cross the main street to get to the beach! We totally loved it, Rick and Sylvia are super hosts and will be back for sure!!!
