On the garden level, there is a space of almost 150 m² including a second terrace of more than 100 m² with a swimming pool secured by an electric shutter and synthetic grass for various activities for children and / or adults. (rackets, balls…). For your comfort, household linen (sheets and towels) as well as exit cleaning are included. Strictly non-smoking, pets are not allowed, no disabled access, cot and high chair provided. The villa being located on a hill the access of this one is done by an easement passage which can go up to 25% of slope. To facilitate this access, the path has been concreted.
