The hotel is clean and modern, and while it's a little further away from the centre of Thimphu this usually won't matter since you need a driver to do most things anyway. My room was comfortable, with a heater and heated mattress to stay cosy on the colder nights. The staff were friendly and helped me book tours and taxis. The food was good and the portions were large. It was a little too cold to use when I visited but the rooftop lounge looked lovely as well. All in all I think this hotel is a great choice for the price.
Booking.com lists a washing machine and tumble dryer among the hotel's facilities but this is not true. Since I had been expecting to use these and had no clean clothes left I was forced to use the hotel's paid laundry service. They took three days to wash and dry my clothes, they came back smelling of smoke, and they charged me an extortionate 3600BTN. The hotel should remove this false information from the Booking.com listing and consider using an off-site laundry service if they are unable to provide an acceptable service on-site.

The hotel was very comfortable and all the staff were very kind.Their service was excellent and they looked after me very well.
Only that sometimes the shower was not very hot.

Tiene un buen rooftop, el personal es amable
El estado general del hotel y la habitación le faltaba mas cuidado y limpieza. El desayuno tampoco era tan variado en comparación con otros hoteles en Butan de la misma categoría. El gimnasio está en muy mal estado, las máquinas no funcionan bien, hay telarañas. Las habitaciones no estaban muy bien aisladas del ruido
