We booked this house for a weekend in Charlottesville where we wanted to both be close to downtown and to the wineries. The location was perfect. The living room is a tad small for 6 adults, but we didn’t spend too much time actually at the house so we didn’t mind. Everything else about the house was perfect, and we really enjoyed the porch seating.
It’s not advertised that there is a permanent renter/tenant in the basement. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I could imagine families or a group of women staying alone would be startled to learn this after booking their stay.

Our stay was great! Home was beautiful and bigger than I expected. Location was central and easy to navigate many of Charlottesville’s attractions. Would. It hesitate to book again!

Our group of four had a fabulous stay for our 30 year reunion weekend. Beautiful house with great amenities, 25 minute walk to main uVA Grounds. We’d be happy to stay there again.

We needed an extended stay type of property because of a clinical trial that I am participating in. The owners have been exceptional to work with for treatment delays and the need to extend our stay. It is conveniently located to the UVA Medical Center and shopping of all kinds. The house is lovely and has been just perfect for us!
