The Villa is perfectly located with front line beach access. It is unusual and original in design and would be a delight if renovated and updated. As it is, it is tired and barely acceptable for renting. There is no air conditioning. The furniture inside and out needs replacing as to the sliding doors to the pool area. Despite the size of the Villa it only has two toilets and the en-suite facilities (showers and sinks only) are dated and barely functional. The Villa is definitely not suitable for children, elderly or the infirm. The pool, whilst large, has poor access and the steps to the Villa are long and steep. The access to the sea is via rickety and steep steps with an unprotected and large drop to the side. The rope handrail is unsafe and needs attention. The handling agents were very poor. Pre-arrival communication was slow and the number we were given to call on arrival did not answer despite numerous calls until an hour after we had arrived outside the locked Villa. Totally unacceptable.

Great villa pool was amazing

It was thoroughly relaxing and so quiet the view is amazing and could be even more amazing if they just trimmed back the bushes. Pool was clean and warm and the ocean below felt private and was so refreshing. There’s no air conditioning but the fans did the trick. Plenty of room to spread out.

Das Haus alleine bietet alles, was es für eine entspannte Urlaubszeit braucht. Der Panoramablick war jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Genuss. Der verwinkelte und eigenwillige Charme des Hauses mit den vielen Rückzugsorten ist einfach perfekt für Gruppen, in denen auch jeder mal gerne Zeit für sich hat. Vereinzelte Ausflüge sind Dank der guten Bahnanbindung auch ohne Auto möglich.
