Nestled in Lake Geneva, this lovely house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Looking to getaway from it all? Welcome to Lake Geneva! Our newly renovated private upstairs unit is perfect for those wanting to be within walking distance to the action LG has to offer but a few streets away on a quiet neighborhood street. The lake is only 3 blocks away, Ice Castles, shopping & numerous restaurants are within walking distance! We are following CDC guidelines while leaving adequate time between guests to guarantee a safe stay! There are 2 private bedrooms with queen beds as well as a full bathroom and kitchenette that includes all kitchen amenities except for a full size oven. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, large toaster oven that can cook a pizza, microwave, induction stove top, and Keurig coffee maker, and teapot, coffee and tea included :) The unit includes access to an attached private balcony, an outdoor backyard space that includes a grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating, and a breakfast bar/work area. We renovated this 1860's historic home with a chic, clean, and cozy design with all of the amenities, including internet, a record player, and a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows. Need more space? This home has been converted into a duplex so we have a private downstairs unit (3 bed 1 bath full kitchen). Inquire about renting the whole home as it is perfect for travelling with large/multiple families or groups of friends! Travelling with children? We often do! We planned this space specifically considering what we would love to have available when we travel with our toddler. We have a high chair, toys, porta crib, and umbrella stroller for your use! Let us know so we can have it ready for you. There are so many great places to see while you are in town. Our location is PERFECT! Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva, our guests do not need a car! We are in Maple Park Historic District, which boasts some of Lake Geneva's oldest buildings dating back 170 years! Take a walk around the neighborhood and look for the homes that bear oval plaques of the year built. You can head downtown to rent bicycles or begin walking around the lake to gaze at the gorgeous lake homes (26 miles all the way around!). Walk to grab a coffee or breakfast at Simple Cafe, grab brick oven pizza at Woodfire and stop at Hogs & Kisses for a drink! If you want to see what's around Williams Bay, Fontana or Delavan, you are only a 10-15 minute drive away. We will have more recommendations in the unit for you upon arrival but after you book we will also send a link to our private website that we created to highlight our favorite food, drink, and experiences! We are foodies and when we travel we love to experience all the town has to offer, the local way!

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. My wife and I were here with our 2-year-old. The space is really nicely decorated and a great size for a family. It's a nice, quick walk into town and pretty close to a playground too. Also had a few spare toys which our son really enjoyed. A great spot, we'd definitely stay again!

This bungalow is delightful. Quaint, pleasant, lake town with a super downtown shopping area, lots of places to eat. Very close to the lake. The bungalow itself - FANTASTIC. Beds are so comfortable, pillows were great, and then the Pendleton Blankets - Perfection. So warm and snuggly - ordered them myself while I was there! So many little touches, from the informational pamphlets (nature walks, what to do in Lake Geneva, where to eat, etc.) to the coffee table books - Dogs swimming - it was a great weekend!! Thanks again!

We feel so lucky that we were able to book this bungalow! It is gorgeous and the hosts thought of every detail. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked surprisingly well in this historic building! The location is fantastic. We hope to return next time we're in Lake Geneva.

We stayed at this perfect little gem for a weekend to celebrate my sister's 50th Birthday - along with two other close friends...a girls weekend. This house was perfect for us - two bedrooms both with the most comfortable queen beds. The kitchen provided all that we needed...the complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch. The common room/family room was cozy and comfortable. It was lovely to have a outside porch to hang out on. We all fell in love with the decorating from floor to ceiling in every room....so so cute! Perfect walking distance to downtown. Will definitely choose this home again to stay for future visits to Lake Geneva!

I stayed here for a few weeks in July during COVID. It was such a nice getaway, relaxing, beautifully decorated, just a really easy space to enjoy. I loved the covered porch for coffee and reading and the proximity to the Shore path for walks (both directions). The kitchen was stocked with everything that I needed. A lovely space!!
