Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating.  It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on.  If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature.  If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.   There is no better place to get away from it all than this secluded home located within walking distance of everything the island has to offer. Resort activities include trail rides at Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach, dining, shopping, kayak rentals sunset cruises. And miles of bike paths.
