About this apartment rental
Waterfront condo close to some of the best fishing in Aransas County, such as Estes Flats. Easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway! This coastal retreat is conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Just a quick jaunt down the canal, and you'll find your boat on the Intracoastal Waterway, just a short trip to some wonderful fishing and birding. Boat mooring at the dock behind the condo. Covered parking plus extra spaces for guests. There is a separate designated area for parking your boat (or leave it tied to the dock in the rear) and trailer. Just a few minutes away from Cove Harbor Marina to the East and Conn Brown Harbor to the West, which both have a great boat launch, bait stand and restaurant. Enjoy the view of the canal from the rear decks of this home. The interior of this unit is in excellent condition with recent upgrades. Cool granite, sharp stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and towels and bedding supplied. One bedroom with a king-sized bed, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and one Jack and Jill bath adjoining the two bedrooms are on the lower floor. Wi-Fi and Roku TV is provided. Excellent property. I will stay again! It is the perfect set up for anyone wanting a place to fish and keep there boat tied up for the weekend. This property checked all the boxes for me.

Very well put together condo. Conviently close to highway. The pier was great for us. Out the back door and fishing in minutes!

The Place is great for someone coming down to go fishing, but not so much for going to the beach. That was my fault though for not knowing about the ferry situation. the reason for just the 3 stars is because one of the A/C units downstairs did not work thankfully they did have fans and the tv in the bedrooms leads you to think you can watch tv before going to sleep but there is no plug for it or a remote if you just to have an extension cord
