Recently redecorated, this Sea Cabin villa is quaint and cozy, but also offers every feature that you might need! Utilize the private balcony to soak up the beautiful ocean views, walk down to take a dip in the community pool, or take advantage of the private fishing pier. This family-friendly getaway also offers great and direct beach access for the beachgoers of the group and shared grills–don't hesitate to channel your grilling master and surprise your group with deliciously grilled meals. You’re located in the heart of the Isle of Palms shopping and dining district when staying in the Sea Cabin Villas. Walk to food, drinks, shops, live music venues, and of course – the beach! The Isle of Palms County Park is right next to your vacation rental and there you will find a convenient picnic area, boardwalks, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and plenty of other facilities to truly enjoy the beach area. If you're looking for live entertainment, make sure to visit the Crabpot Players or A Charleston Harpist, which are less than one mile away and two miles away respectively. Hop in the car and drive only 13 miles to experience the history and rich culture of downtown Charleston. At the end of the day, get comfortable on the new sofa and recliner, and rinse off under a warm stream of water in the brand-new walk-in shower. Things to Know Coin-operated community laundry. Great little place for a weekend getaway. Everything was as described. Perfect location to be near all the great things to explore in Charleston and the beach!

Air filters hadn’t been changed since April.
Apartment was constantly wet feeling.
Floors were gross, sand to be expected, but the floors in general were gross.
Management did send someone to change the shower curtain and clean the blood off the wall once we notified them. They were supposed to refund our cleaning fee for the issues, but we haven’t seen that.
Save yourself the time and find another unit to rent.

The ad called it stunning - it was not. It was extremely outdated, had only a full size bed when it was advertised to have a Queen bed, had tiny bunks with styrofoam mattresses (my husband had to sleep there since we can't sleep in only a full size bed together), and the tv had no cable connection. We loved the location, but would never stay there again.

Out dated! Like VHS out dated! We rented 4 units for this week and this was the only unit that looked old and unkept. We paid as much as the other up to date units.
The location is good and the pool is nice with a good beach access, but that was all.

I want to give them 0 star. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The house smells moldy, when the air cuts on, you can smell the mold thru the vents. The blankets looks like they have not been washed and just fold it up and put it up. The sofa bed had a sheets on it with sand and dry blood stains on the side. The vent has build up dust. The toilet would go off all the time, and you would have to flush twice every time we use it. They left us a watery soap in the bathroom for us. We had to left this place the next morning because I was afraid my children and I were breathing in bad air that we don’t need. And I had to find another place to stay for our vacation. It’s ridiculous! I messaged someone about these matters and all they could say is we are looking into this matter, someone will contact me. They never contact me.

Loved the room. Property was clean. We only had one problem - the television did not work. I sent a text to 843-882-5517, per the instructions but never heard back from anyone. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else, so you may want to go check it out.

The private beach access and private pool where the reason we chose this unit. We were extremely happy with it and had a great time. Walkable to food and shops. The place was clean and very functional for our family of 5.

Can't beat location to beaches,pool and restaurants, you can access Harris Teeter by foot as well. The twin bunk beds are tiny and rather uncomfortable, we didn't use them. Good accommodations for a week.

The toilet and fridge didn’t work the first two days at the property. It wasn’t clean at all when we arrived so we spent the first day cleaning. I was back and forth via text with a Vasca team member who assured my management would be in contact with me it never happened. We asked for the air filter on the furnace to be changed because we were waking up with breathing issue and it was filthy, that also never happened. The condo is outdated which we don’t mind but the toilet and fixtures in the bathtub need to be changed badly. The location to the beach, and pool were great however I wouldn’t stay at this property again, which is sad because this was my kids first time at the beach.

We had the best week on IOP! This condo is the perfect beach front location. Pool was chilly but the kids loved it. The condo was the perfect size for our family with small kids. The unit itself could use some cosmetic updates. And maybe a mattress pad for the pull out couch.

Great location, could use some updates.
Great location, was happy with the price. I would draw attention to the shower as the knobs need some help. The master bed, I was scared to sleep in it for fear that I would fall through it. The couch had a weird texture to it, I couldn’t tel if it was supposed to feel like that or if it was dirty.
All in all though, despite these findings, not bad for the price. Thanks for opening your property to us. I would recommend this property maybe for a younger family (with younger kids). Great family vacation spot.

The location of this unit is perfect. Private access to the beach and pier are some key highlights. The check in process was exceptional and we had no issues with the unit at all. Communication with the property managers was exceptional and efficient. We never had a chance to use the stove but it was a nice to have. There are plenty of dishes and utensils in the unit. It was very clean as well. Now if you are looking for a luxurious place to stay there may be something down the street, but this is all we needed for the price. We never used the “bunk beds”. Calling them beds is a stretch. It was missing a mattress for one of them but this was communicated by the property managers and they notified us that one was ordered and was delayed in shipping. We did not plan on using it and let them know it wasn’t a big deal. I’d recommend higher quality mattresses for the bunks because all that is on there is more or less cheap foam cushions you would see on patio furniture. I can’t imagine they are very comfortable at all. The pull out couch was used and served it’s purpose. It’s hard to get high quality sofa beds without spending a fortune. Overall the unit was really all we needed and worth the money for our stay. I’d recommend giving it a shot because of the location and the management team being on top of their game.

The property was clean & the staff were so nice. It was a very family friendly atmosphere. The room was everything we expected it to be. The ocean was right there in view from the balcony. Overall an amazing vacation spot! 10/10 definitely recommend.

For the price we paid I wouldn’t stay again until updates are done. The tub faucet leaked when you had shower on and wouldn’t drain well. But when you tried to take a bath, with plug closed it would drain within few minutes. Television channels went in and out sometimes. Also, a cleaner or air freshener used before we checked in nearly made us have to change accommodations. It worked for what we needed and we had a great trip, but probably won’t rent this specific condo again.

It was located about 25 minutes from most tourist attractions but it was right on the water... and the pool. The view from the balcony was very nice.
