At 1900 sf, it is one of the largest chalets; sleeps 10; has 4 BR/2 baths, open concept main floor, loft, deck, firepit, & private dock. Upon entering you'll find incredibly high ceilings, plenty of gathering spaces, a gorgeous two-story wood-burning fireplace, and 65" smart tv. The spacious kitchen has an island, and all the appliances & kitchenware you’d need to make an amazing meal. Also on the 1st floor is a master w/ king bed, tv & attached bath w/ shower & w/d. Upstairs the open loft is perfect for children (play table, books, toys, puzzles, games) or to put your feet up on the couch w/ chaise & read or nap. 3 BR upstairs. One, a 2nd master w/ King bed/attached bath (shower/tub) & tv. Another, an adorable bunk room (4 twin beds) w/ tv. The final BR has a crib & glider/recliner for reading or rocking baby, plus a Queen bed. W/in the gated Innsbrook Resort community, it's situated on Silvretta, a lake perfect for fishing, kayaking or enjoying the peaceful view from the deck or private dock. Silvretta is not a large lake making it an ideal place for kids old enough to kayak to get on the water but remain in view. Not only is this chalet bright, modern, open & beautifully decorated w/ high-end furnishings, it is incredibly well-appointed. This smart home is equipped w/ Wifi, DIRECTV, smart flat-screen tvs, alarm and exterior cameras for added security. Watch Netflix/Prime, play music or give Alexa commands to control smart devices. We had the best time celebrating NYE at Innsbrook. This house is perfection and I wanted to buy it! My only tip- for winter travelers, bring warm socks. There are no rugs so the floors are cold. I think this is genius for summer stays but made a winter stay a little chilly. Clearly the stay was pretty perfect if that’s all I’ve got ❤️.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. 6 of us stayed the weekend here to celebrate a 50th birthday, and everything was perfect from check in to check out. Plenty of space, clean, bright, awesome patio, access to lakes, it really has it all :-)

We absolutely loved this chalet. Very spacious with a huge, multi-level deck/patio area. We spent lots of time down at the dock and caught so many fish! We can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful and Relaxing
Wonderful property to getaway and disconnect from city and be in the woods with nature. Multiple walking trails, lakes and fishing but close enough to amenities like a golf course, market, events and food options. The home had so many features that accommodated our stay, too many to list! We really enjoyed the home's open atmosphere and the large deck overlooking woods and a small lake. The owner's communication was quick and informational.

July 4th Family Vacation
We had an amazing holiday weekend in Innsbrook!! So much to do & see!! We LOVED our Chalet and made MANY great family memories!! Our host, Mary, was exceptional in all aspects of communication, knowledge sharing, making recommendations, and adding the “little extras” to make our visit unique & special!! I highly recommend Hampton’s House as a fun destination get away!!

Very enjoyable stay after Christmas with another family. House was amazing! Well stocked, comfortable, very clean! The owner was very responsive in answering our questions and very accommodating with a last minute request. Even our dogs loved the place! would definitely come here again.

Hampton's hideaway was great for my family! We were only about an hour away from home, but it still felt like a vacation. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our 2 kids (1 and 3). The property manager was quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was perfect for us. This property is a must stay! They have thought of everything- especially if you’re visiting with small children. The chalet and property were well kept and so cozy for a winter getaway. The hosts were AMAZING with communication and accommodating our request. We will definitely visit again.

Hampton’s retreat is probably the most comfortable house we have rented. So much light and open everywhere. The adult beds were extremely comfortable and the peace and quiet around made for very restful nights during our stay.
The space outside is great for groups to spend time outside without feeling crammed.
The outside could use a bit of cleaning up/ weeding and a few minor things inside that are loose need tightening just from use- entry door handle, downstairs shower handle etc. But overall, very nice and enjoyable and would definitely stay there again.
For non St. Louis travelers- restaurants, market and a lot of things in neighboring towns like the recommended wineries are closed mon-wed. It would have been nice to know that upon booking as the plan was to completely relax and never cook a meal- apparently it’s a common thing in the area- but we had no clue until a week or so before booking.

Summer vacation 2021
Hampton Hideaway was a great house and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had fun exploring some of the trails, beaches, and pool. It was nice to relax by the firepit after a full day of exploring nature. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Mary was very helpful with any questions we had.

Hamptons Hideaway exceeded our expectations. The four bedrooms and generous common spaces provided more than adequate room for the nine of us. A deck lines the entire back of the house and includes dining and lounging options. The a firepit is the centerpiece of a patio that includes a great sectional seating area. 100' ft down a path leads you to the "lake" the house sits on. The grandkids and I fished everyday and had a ball. The community includes a large community pool, a golf course, hiking trails, and large lakes great for kayaking, canoeing, or fishing. Our host Mary kept in touch and answered all questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect Getaway
Our weekend was wonderful—the house is perfect and serene. We enjoyed cooking in, using the fire pit and visiting on the lakeside deck. Our adult group enjoyed golf, Pickleball and hiking but the way this house is set up it would also be perfect for families with kids. Thanks for hosting us!

This house is a perfect getaway for families. If the weather permits the outside is amazing, if weather does not permit the inside presents ample opportunity to enjoy. Mary is attentive to detail and is very helpful. This was our second visit and I hope it will not be our last.

Perfect Family Holiday Retreat
Our family had a great long Easter weekend at this property. The property owner is very on top of everything, always there for you and makes sure in advance you will have all that you need. She even had the home decorated with some Easter flair. The interior is redone, updated and very nice. Great style! We slept 8 with no problem. Also, there is a ton of space outside on the deck and the newly done firepit area. The lake is on the small side but still allowed our kids all the room they needed for fishing and kayaking. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. So much to do in Innsbrook overall. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others.

Great retreat for family getaway!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with plenty of amenities. We loved the new finishings, fireplace and firepit for s'mores. The children especially loved the built in bunk beds! It was a joy to escape the city for a long weekend. The host was very gracious and easy to work with. Thank you for the precious family memories!

If you want something quiet and slightly rustic, this is the place. We rented Hampton’s Hideaway to celebrate a toddler birthday. It ended up being a cold weekend but despite the chill in the air, we had a great time hiking, playing with ALL the toys at the house, counting deer and enjoying the fire. It’s probably one of the cleanest rental properties I’ve visited and by far the best stocked with various infant and toddler supplies (we didn’t bring anything aside from clothes). We hope to return again in the future to enjoy warmer weather activities and hike more of the trails!
