Enjoy some relaxation and spend a few days by the Gulf of Mexico in this lovely condo on the beach. This spacious flat features an open layout, plush furnishings, and a full kitchen equipped with all the tools needed to whip up some favorite recipes with ease. Everyone will love the private balcony view, so enjoy an evening watching the sunset after a day at the pool, on the basketball courts, or on the beach. If you brought some younger guests along, they will be glad to know that there is a Kids Club and arcade available on site as well. Plus, ending the day with a movie is never a bad idea, so cozy up on the sectional each night for some quality time with loved ones. Panama City has something to offer for everyone. Take a serene walk through Saint Andrews State Park and experience a unique view of the Gulf from the jetty. For a day trip down the coast, Pier Park is where you will find favorite shopping spots, restaurants, and beach activities galore! There are several other popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf and Grand IMAX Theater. Plus, you can rent a few bicycles and explore the coastline to find your own favorite spots! Things to Know Reservations from March through October include beach service. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

There was a sprinkler on the 10th floor that caused damage to floors 9, 8 and 7. The maintenance guy said not to worry it was turned off. The next morning we woke to 4 places that water was dripping on the floor and ceiling was caving in the bathroom. We notified the 800 phone number listed and got nothing but a run around from the host (Vacasa) rep from another part of the world. Finally, when the (Vacasa) office opened on the property, we explained the problem all over again also to add that microwave did not work and Master bath sink would not drain properly. We waited and waited for a solution. Was told they are waiting on the GM to find us another room. We went back to pack up our things. Waited an hour for a phone call we were to recv. Only to learn they sent a message via email that we were moving to another property 4 miles away. The other property was an upgrade, fees were much higher and check in was not as simple as you would expect.
Bottom line, disappointed we lost a sold day of vacation to this unfortunate matter and we planned only a 3 night stay. Five days later we are Still waiting on parking refund money from both properties a total of $125.

We had such a great week at your condo. It was beautifully decorated with the most amazing view! Both the condo and complex was the cleanest place we've ever stayed. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The decor was so cute and just like home. I loved the great view and privacy of everything. It was so much better than staying in a hotel.

For the price, I was truly amazed. We usually stay on the West end of PCB & I was nervous to change things up. I’m glad we did. We only had 3 beach days & 2.5 days were dbl red or red flag days so our 1st time exploring St. Andrew’s was perfect & this condo is literally less than a minutes drive to St Andrew’s. Schooner’s is attached to this condo, incredibly convenient. I had read a complaint that you had to walk around Schooner’s to get to the beach. That’s a weird complaint because you literally walk through the pool area to the beach. I loved how secure this place was. You have to use a key code to get off the beach, back onto the property which keeps it safe. Our condo was perfect for my husband and I. One of our sons could have easily stayed with us comfortably but more than 2-3 adults would be too much. Possibly two adults and two younger children would be fine. I loved the king size bed but the bedding lacked…so bring your own pillows and possibly a blanket. I did find a few hairs in one of the bathrooms upon arrival but not enough to freak me out but some people may have been mortified. I loved the smell of the cleaners Vacasa used. Marijuana smoke is such a pet peeve of mine…it’s beyond rude to the rest of the world. I smell it every year in every condo we rent. I only got one whiff in the bedroom, so GOOD JOB, cleaning crew!!! Overall, the property was clean & safe. This area is convenient to several good places to eat, and minutes from St. Andrew’s. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Unit was fine, check in was fine. No issues of consequence until the next-to-last day then the HVAC unit stopped working. This was about 1500 and I contacted the property manager immediately. Response: “We’re really sorry. We can’t look at it until tomorrow “. No offer to switch units, comp a night, nothing. I was very surprised at the lack of service/support. Likely will not stay again.

PCB getaway

The condo was clean and well decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location. However, there were no knives in the kitchen. Really a bummer when you can’t slice your watermelon or pizza! An extra blanket would be nice, too as the bedding on all beds was really thin.
Outside that, proving a hand pump for floats would be greatly appreciated.
Would we return? Yes, but for the $$$, a few basics is needed.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach! Yet close to shops and restaurants. Had an issue with the parking pass which they took care of immediately! I would recommend Vacasa and plan on using Vacasa in the future. Thanks for a perfect location and amazing view!

1. Dirty dishes in washer on arrival ( noticed next morning )
2. Corroded batteries in the few remotes.
3. No beach access ( 80 year old mother never went on the beach. ) You actually have to leave the complex and go next-door around a restaurant to arrive at the beach.
4. Few kitchen supplies.
5. TV in guest bedroom has to be unplugged to be turned off.
6. Den looks nothing like picture, only sofa, chair , TV center (reminds me of an empty dorm room)
7. Padlock on door not working.
8. Water will not drain out of master bedroom sink.

Needs some updating & deep cleaning
This place really lacked some of the very basic kitchen supplies. Most everything in the kitchen needs to be restocked and updated along with some of the furniture.
The tile floor had a gritty residue and overall the entire condo just needs some deep cleaning and upgrades.
