Situated in Carova Beach, this attractive house for $357 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation. We offer travel insurance to all guests as an option to purchase at that time. There may be additional optional fees charged to your reservation that may not be able to be listed on this site (examples: pet fee, pool heat, early check in, security deposit, special events, etc ). Located in Corolla/ 5 Bedrooms/ 4 Full Bathrooms/ 1 Half Bathroom Beautiful oceanfront home accessible by 4 x 4 only! This home sits on a corner lot and offers direct beach access with beautiful ocean views. Approximately 9.3 miles up the beach, this home is packed with amenities that will please the entire family! Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, path over the dune to access the beach, charcoal park style grill and an enclosed outside shower. Entry Level, inside you'll find the laundry room with washer, dryer and full size refrigerator. Mid Level: Den with TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, pool table, deck access, game table seating 4 and ocean views. King Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full Bed and Bunk Set . The hot tub is on the deck. Top Level: Amazing ocean views from the entire top level! Great room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access, dining area seating 8-10, kitchen with granite counters, wine fridge and breakfast bar seating 4 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom. Extras: Private Pool (32 x 13, heated for $450), Hot Tub, two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), 4 fire stick TVs for streaming, 3 DVDs, pool table, wine refrigerator, charcoal grill, corn hole, high chair, beach access path over dune, high speed wireless internet, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Mini Vacations available from October 1- May 15. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, Full Bed, Bunk Set, Queen Sleep Sofa. House Address: 2251 Sandfiddler Road. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24 Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub. 4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand. Carova Beach is convenient for families with children and older folks because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound. Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County (https://currituckcountync.ticketspice.com/currituckbeachparking) The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center (500 Hunt Club Drive). Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip.

When we first arrived the property was not cleaned, it had been forgotten. After an email the property was cleaned the next morning. Overall our family’s vacation was spectacular with no complaints, it was ocean front, as advertised and in the best condition as advertised. We were very happy when all was said and done.
