After spending the morning at the shared swimming pool, there's nothing better than relaxing in the inviting living room area with a cool beverage in hand and maybe some snacks too! For that matter, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious after-beach snacks and memorable meals that you can later enjoy whether indoors or at the outdoor dining area on the balcony. However, if a traditional kitchen doesn't satisfy your cooking needs, you'll have access to a shared BBQ area equipped with a handfull of grills. What's nearby: This fabulous top floor condo is located at Village of South Walton, directly next door to Rosemary Beach which means you get a quiet condo located in the middle of everything fun offered in the town center of Village of South Walton, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seacrest Beach. Dining options abound and you shouldn't have any trouble finding a variety of cuisines and kinds of food around. If you'd like to practice your swing, better head over to the Camp Creek Golf Club, which is only two miles away. Things to know: Full kitchen Free WiFi Required wristbands are included in your reservation. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We wanted to be in that location to be close to our family who was renting a house nearby. the place was spacious enough for 4 people and had a nice balcony.

This is the second time I've rented this unit. We love the location and the condo itself is very nice. This time, we did notice some cleanliness issues: washer and dryer were left full of dirty towels. Floor was very dirty- our feet were black every day. Master bath full of sand and some black hairs.

We have stayed at Seacrest many times… these units sell for 1 million or so…. All the beds are horrible- none of us has any sleep the 4 night we were there. Balcony was so dirty- I swept it and collected a balloon, cigarette butt and broken acrylic nails along with a cup of sand. Floors turned our feet black- kitchen drawers and utensils were dirty. Shower door doesn’t close correctly and so is don’t drain well. Disappointing because the location is amazing!!

I loved staying in this area of 30A. It was super close to Rosemary and Alys Beach, which was a plus for morning walks and going to dinner.

These condos are the perfect location for the beach and everything you need within the area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the surrounding communities. We have stayed in these condos in past for this very reason and chose again as its easy to manage roaming teens. This condo is somewhat outdated but comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. It definitely could use some TLC but given that we were rarely in it, it was just fine. I would highly recommend this condo complex if you like to be in the middle of it all and particularly if you have teens that want to bike around the area.

Cons
I guess the sloping of the floors is new because no review has mentioned this problem. When we first walked into the condo, we could feel the slope of the floors. The center support wall/plumbing wall seems to be sinking because the floors in living area, master bedroom and bath all lean towards that wall. It made me think of the surfside condo collapse awhile back in Miami. Pictures do not show cracks in the walls. Cheep plastic dinning chairs. Bar stools falling apart. Wobbly toilet. Shower stall door does not close. View is of road and other buildings, but that was expected. Balcony table cracked and missing matching chair. Livingroom TV constantly lost connection and TV in 3rd bedroom is very small.

Location. Lots of shops and restaurants walkable. Deli/groceries shop located on complex for small items. Free tram that takes you to the beach. Pool area is nice.

No bathrooms on beach though there is a hard-to-find bathroom located where tram drops you off for beach access. No restaurants or bars on the beach or ocean views. There is only Crabbys that is on beach/ocean views, but is only accessible from beach and is only open till 3:00PM. Everything is expensive, so stock up from the Publix or Winn-Dixie 15 minutes away. Everything closes at 9:00PM, so nothing to do after. Very family friendly area.

Downstairs has all the action you need. Everything is within minutes if walk-in v including music, shops, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful area.

The beds were horrible. The box springs were broken and made a tremendous amount of noise everything you moved in the bed. Half the bar stools were broken. The furniture in the sitting area was very little and not enough sitting for the number of guest at the house. The amount of dust build up on the fans and the A/C vent showed how little cleaning has been done to keep it clean and dust control on the inside. The master shower door did not shut properly. The ceilings were starting to peel all over the condo. It's obvious this condo has been well rented and not upkept very well.

I have stayed at other condos in The Viplage and they were fine. Just avoid this one. We found a vibrator left on the tv stand, had to fix a broken toilet within 10 minutes of arriving, things were moldy & dusty, water stains on the ceiling, cracks in all the walls, just a mess.

First of all, there were no tips to easily find the correct building. A call to Vacasa rep didn't provide any more info. There was no living room rug and coffee table like in the photo. The tables were pushed against the wall and not family-dining friendly. The floors were filthy -- they felt icky and my granddaughter's feet were black just from running around barefoot. We kept our shoes on after that. The toilets made a screaming noise when flushed. Mold in the master shower floor (but very good water pressure). Master bath sink was clogged and slow to drain. No washcloths in bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked, but they are so old they made terrible incessant noises. Dishes were pretty limited so I handwashed them. On checkout day I loaded the dishwasher and the top rack came apart but I was able to catch it and not break anything. The whole machine wasn't screwed in either so it tipped with door open. The few complimentary items like small roll of paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap were appreciated. But that was it. Not even salt and pepper. The blender was dirty and moldy. I had to take it apart to really scrub it down. There were no little rugs in bathrooms or kitchen. There were plenty of bath towels. The door to balcony from master bedroom was missing the blinds (apparently broken and removed because the bracket at top was still up) so lights from the street at night and daylight interrupted sleep. There was a broken slat in a closet door. There was no information regarding TV options (at least we had wifi). No information exactly where to find "steps to the beach."
All in all, this place is old and rundown and could really stand some TLC and updating. It's got good potential, but it seems the owner or manager doesn't care about the comfort of guests.

It was a lovely vacation. The dishwasher & coffee table are falling apart. The toilet and laundry are rock concert loud. I was happy they didn’t break on us. The place looks well loved but we were comfortable and had fun!

The condo was in a very nice location and it was easy to access the beach. Walking and bike riding was easy and fun. We rented bikes out in the front at Peddlers 30A.

Location was wonderful!! However, missing blind in bedroom meant sun was in eyes every morning. Also the bunk bed squeaks loudly. I saw that on another review but thought it was exaggeration. It was not. But the location is so great I still give it 4 stars but if you have light sleepers in the bunk room this is not place for you.

Beautiful, spacious, condo in the Village of South Walton! Right next door to Rosemary Beach shops, etc, or eat right downstairs. The location and scenery can not be beat! Loved it!

The condo was beautiful! Absolutely spotless! We took the tram to the beach everyday and it was easy and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. The driver was so nice. There are nice little shops downstairs and really good restaurants. This condo is so close to everything on 30a. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Wonderful girls trip!
The condo was beautiful! Absolutely spotless! We took the tram to the beach everyday and it was easy and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. The driver was so nice. There are nice little shops downstairs and really good restaurants. This condo is so close to everything on 30a. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was good- close to restaurants and shopping. The live music from the courtyard could be heard, but wasn’t obnoxiously loud. A small sliver of ocean was even visible from the patio. No complaints about the linens or kitchen provisions. There were a couple things that needed attention- master shower door didn’t shut completely (but still functional), bathroom sinks didn’t drain well if water on full power, patio door from master bedroom had no blinds (not a privacy issue but that light was bright in the morning!), and one of the chairs on the patio was missing part of the leg and was uneven/wobbly. None of these things were deal breakers for us. We still had a wonderful stay. Pleasantly surprised by beach chairs and umbrella in hall closet.

Girls weekend getaway
Perfect location! The beds were comfortable, and the condo could use an end of season cleaning (sand in corners, etc) however the condo was clean. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The only complaint would be the WiFi, it never worked while we were there.

We had a good stay but a few details that the management company should address. The bathroom drains are extremely slow running & need to be unclogged. The top rack of the dishwasher will not pull out. The door to the balcony didn’t lock. We enjoyed our time but these simple things should be fixed before the next guests arrive.

Didn’t quite meet expectations
The best thing I can say about this unit is location. It’s close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. However, the good news stops there. We had a lot of rain, so we had to spend a large amount of time in the unit... and the unit is just not very comfortable. For a unit that says it sleeps 7, it does not provide ample and comfortable seating in the common area. There is one reclining chair and one small sofa that seats three. Otherwise, we had to bring over straight back wood chairs from the kitchen or bedrooms. Hard to get cozy for TV or glass of wine in kitchen chairs. Also, the unit could use some maintenance — dishwasher is not secured in the cabinet and falls forward when loading dishes. Just needs some TLC.
One last thing — the unit faces main Seacrest plaza and 30-A which was very loud and very, very congested when we were there. If you are looking for a relaxing balcony, don’t choose this unit.

Good location
Great location. Easy walk to Rosemary. The walk to the beach was a little further than that and then I had anticipated. Condo could use a doormat for the front door also the blinds on the door in the master suite needs to be replaced. It would be nice to have at least one extra trashbags for the kitchen . Overall our stay was OK .

Perfect vacay condo!
We have zero complaints about this condo.. it suited our needs perfectly! The condo faces the gulf with a dime size view but that was almost a bonus as we didn't expect a view at all! It's a great spot to people watch along 30A, inside is spacious and tastefully decorated. I'm honestly shocked this condo was still available when I booked it! My only suggestion would be to have a doormat or something to reduce the amount of sand/debris that you inevitably bring in. Hope to return next year!!
