Vacation doesn’t get any better than this! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Solterra townhome has something for everyone with spacious living spaces, large bedrooms and a pool. The home also comes with extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and washer and dryer. You’ll be close to all the action, as dining, shopping and theme parks are just a short drive away. As a guest of Solterra Resort, you'll have access to all amenities, including: -5,600 Square Foot Clubhouse -Fitness Center -Pool w/Water Slide + Lazy River -Pool-Side Lounge w/Outdoor Fireplace -Poolside Cabanas -Café Sol Bar and Grill -Play Zone -Tennis Courts -Beach Volleyball Court -And more! THE SPACE: Everyone has a spot in the cozy and comfortable living room, offering plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. The upstairs loft area provides additional hang-out space with a couch and another flat-screen TV. Ideal for entertaining, this home boasts an open concept across the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features easy to use amenities, stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space on the large center island. There is bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island and additional seating for 6 at the nearby dining table. This home includes 5 stunning bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests. -The master suite is well appointed, featuring a luxurious king bed with chic décor. -The second bedroom will have you dreaming of far-away galaxies as you sleep comfortably in full-over-full bunk beds. -The third bedroom also has a set of full-over-full bunk beds, adorned with an adorable jungle theme. -The fourth bedroom is bright and cheery and includes a queen size bed. -Lastly, the fifth bedroom is equally as luxurious and features a queen size bed. The back patio is where it’s at with its sparkling swimming pool and pool deck with loungers. Enjoy warm breezes, dining al fresco at the picnic table. Huge sliding glass doors bring the fresh air in, letting the indoors and outside mingle. **Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.** The home has easy access to Interstate 4, so you can be at Walt Disney World in less than 20 minutes and Universal Studios and SeaWorld in 30 minutes. Plus, there are tons of dining options, retail stores and two grocery stores just five minutes away.

Let’s just start off saying I wasn’t going to write this review as I gave the company weeks to get back to me and resolve everything and they still haven’t!
A week before checking into the house I got a call from the booking agency, asking me if I called in a gas smell at 4am.
I explained to them I’m not supposed to be at that property until next week the lady realize she had called the wrong person.
I asked her if it was going to affect my stay next week she says no!
I’ll check into the house after walking around it seemed OK at first then i pulled back the sheets to get into the bed and there’s hair on the bed.
Then hair on the floor in the bathroom.
The pillows were so flat filling but this wasn’t even the worse part.
The 2nd day there we got up to leave for the day come back at 10pm to the house smelling like gas so bad I mean it hit us when we opened the door.
I called the number provided and they asked me if I made sure all the knobs on the stove was off!!!
Of course, that was the first thing I did but I explain to them that we cannot stay there. They said they understand and they would get back to me soon.
I had to go upstairs and pack up all of my stuff. Literally at one point I felt like I was gonna pass out. I was getting so sick and my head started to pound it happen to all three of us.
We finally get all our stuff and we leave the house and have to drive hours back home and cut our trip short.
They did explain to me that they would help me out financially and give me money back, but I haven’t received anything nor has anybody gotten a hold of me. I reach back out to the company the day after and told them that I woke up with a headache and I wasn’t feeling good.
Weeks later and this still hasn’t gotten resolved, so here I am writing a review unfortunately.

everything about this property was amazing. the community pool was great. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely book again next year for nationals!

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean! Loved the pool and the bigger pool with slide and lazy river. It was convenient to all attractions we visited. Thank you!

This house was very nice it fit my family very well. We truly enjoyed our time here. We ended up stuck in hurricane Ian this property made us feel very safe it is very well made. The only complaint I have is once I knew I was stuck there in the path with no safe way to leave I messaged them and they told me I could only stay 1 extra day which was the day the storm hit it was very upsetting thinking about having to drive my family while in the storm. O ended up complaining and telling them it wasn't safe and yes they end3d up letting me rent it 1 more day thank God. But over all I would go back any time it was well worth it

Our stay was great. The only downfall was that our children really expected to see the bedrooms the way they look in the photos, with character themes, but they were dressed with all white linens. There was a broken chair at the kitchen table, and a couple of the vinyl blinds fell off. The biggest issue was during the latter part of our stay someone parked in our parking spot and kept their car there. We had a 15 passenger van so it was extremely inconvenient. We tried calling for assistance but didn’t get anywhere with it. Overall we had a great time, love the resort and would consider coming again!

The photos didn’t do this place justice. It was beautiful and spacious (it looked smaller in the photos). We did find trash in the daily bin that we had to bag when we got there and then one day the trash pickup was missed, but very minor an issue from our perspective. The only thing we wished was different was like many places we’ve stayed using Vrbo, it’s nice to have a guestbook and also some board games to play. The rules prevent people from contributing to that (leaving games behind for the next guests). It was awesome that they slowed you to leave unopened food items behind to donate toward a local food pantry. That was also simply awesome. With that, it was easy and nice and we had a great time!

The place and location was conveniant. Home rental was nice but needed a little cleaning overall it was k. Just one of the rooms didn't not have the total beds as listed when reserved. Parking was not that great especially when one of our cars got towed 😟😟😟.v ol

Family Vacation
The property was definitely listed as pictured! The property was very clean, pool was warmed, the only issue we ran into was the door code not working upon arrival but that was not an issue it was fixed immediately as soon as I called! The area was nice the water park was plus ! I definitely recommend

My family and friends went here for Spring break. The house was very beautiful and the amenities were very nice such as the water slide and the lazy river. The community was calm and quiet. The only issue is that there is no signal in the area, so you just have to rely on the Wi-Fi.

Spring break
Overall it was a great place to stay. It worked well for what we needed. The only issues we may had was the pictures where a little deceiving. The main floor looked bigger in the pictures. That also could have been from the angle they were taken from. The bathroom upstairs with the bathtub does not drain very well and the toilet was not clean. We also found candy and candy wrappers in and under the beds. Just might want to let the cleaning people know. But overall it was a great place to stay and would stay there again. Thanks, Chris

The stay was good and fun. The pool was a little smaller than advertised and there seemed to be a limit on how low we could run the air down but overall was great. I have no complains as we really enjoyed ourselves.

The house was a perfect fit for our families. Other families also rented houses in the neighborhood. The house was very spacious and was exactly as shown in the photos, it also came equipped with everything you need except for food of course. It was a few minor issues, a stool had loose screws and the garbage disposal wasn't working at the time. Although it was WiFi, our phones was still having reception issues. That didn't hinder us from enjoying a great stay! The children enjoyed the house pool as well as the community pool. I would definitely stay again... Thank you.

Awesome Family Reunion
The house was a perfect fit for our families. Other families also rented houses in the neighborhood. The house was very spacious and was exactly as shown in the photos, it also came equipped with everything you need except for food of course. It was a few minor issues, a stool had loose screws and the garbage disposal wasn't working at the time. Although it was WiFi, our phones was still having reception issues. That didn't hinder us from enjoying a great stay! The children enjoyed the house pool as well as the community pool. I would definitely stay again... Thank you.

The house was very close to the parks and made it easy getting in and out. The house was not clean upon arrival and is very worn. The house pool was not clean as well. Two showers have to run for multiple minutes before hot water.
The neighborhood is not a quiet one and is loud late into the evening.

Everything went pretty good. We wished the slide would have been open more, but other than that the stay was great. check in was simple and house was very clean. Great location. Which they would have had fans in the rooms but other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful house
Really nice house . Refrigerator was the only one it was not working well for us and had to throw away couple of our stuff out but other than that we loved it.

When we got there the pool was completely green. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for help with this problem. Then when it was resolved days later, they turned the pool heat off, so it was like going into the lake in October in Wisconsin.
By the end of our trip we lost over $200 in food because the fridge and freezer couldn't keep the proper temperature. The AC kept going to a higher temperature than what you set it at.
We found lone chips in some of the cabinets and lint on the lint trap for the dryer.
Not sure how this would even sleep 16 people let alone accommodate that many people.
Still working on trying to get a refund for the pool heat.
Severely dissatisfied with these accommodations as it took much family time away from us and cost us so much money in loses.
As most of the parks close after the public pool and accommodations at the resort, our family got 2 days of swimming and that includes the 5am swim time the day of check-out.
We did appreciate the box of oreos as a welcome gift and the customer service on the 3rd day of our stay that actually got something done about the pool. We still had to wait another day before being able to swim due to the chemicals.
