The small-town feel of Carillon is perfect for getting the peace and quiet you deserve on your next vacation. The hardwood floors and modern decor make this home truly stand out. Plus, the full kitchen is ready for you to hop in and whip up a favorite recipe for the whole family. Enjoy meals out on the balcony in the fresh air and sunshine or stay in for a night and watch a movie on the TV. There are three shared pools in the complex as well as tennis courts, so take advantage of all this condo has to offer! Located in the heart of downtown Carillon, you will be just steps away from the small town cafe and local restaurants. For a bit of fun in the nearby lake, rent a few paddleboards and test your balancing skills. For a day by the beach, take a quick walk to the sand nearby, or take a quick drive down to the famous Panama City Beach, home to pristine sand and a plethora of beach amenities. If you need to get a bit of last-minute beach attire, Pier Park has a wide array of shopping options for every person in the group. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. There is major construction going on on this building until 8/1/2023. There is currently no access to the balcony. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed the condo. Good location above the shops in downtown Carillon. Included beach chairs were really nice, but it was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach through the neighborhood. Having Publix right across the street was really convenient too.
Only issue was the fact that we didn’t have AC until our last night, when they brought a portable AC unit to our condo. However, this was just on the bottom floor, which didn’t include the bedroom upstairs. Vacasa did compensate us for the lack of AC, but we were told that it had been an issue for the past month, so it would have been nice to have known that ahead of time so that we could have booked another condo.
Overall we’d come back and book through Vacasa if we were guaranteed AC.

We have stayed at many houses in Carillon but this is the first time downtown. This condo is beautifully decorated and great for a weekend stay but not practical for a long stay.

Super spectacular, 💯 recommended, it is a very nice place to visit and Vacasa staff very friendly, we will definitely come back.

Condo was really nice and clean. The shops and restaurants in the immediate facility close at 6pm, so plan accordingly. There is a grocery store and good seafood restaurant within walking distance. Easy access to the beach and nice pool on the beach with bathrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and as expected based on photos. We were totally excited to learn we had beach service, this was the Cherry on top for us.

Nice place! We enjoyed eating pizza and drinking mojitos at the pizza bar downstairs. “Steps to the beach” is more like 1/4 mile maybe? Not too far but don’t lug a bunch of stuff. Beach service was super nice!! All we carried were towels and water and the umbrella allowed us to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and as expected based on photos. We were totally excited to learn we had beach service, this was the Cherry on top for us.

Third time staying at Carillion and second time at this property. Dryer didn’t work and shower curtain was mildewed but other than this the property was perfect and spotless, everything advertised. Are booking another stay in a couple of weeks. The aforementioned issues were brought to the attention of the Vacasa office. These two ladies were so very sweet and helpful. Vacasa seems to be doing a much better job than the prior management company. The beach is a about a 10 minutes walk but that is stated upfront and there is lots of beauty to enjoy on your walk. Has basically everting you may need right on the property. . Totally recommend!

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach so be prepared to walk (5 mins max). Great balcony, spacious bedroom. Our only complaint was the dryer did not work while we were there but the vacasa office on property was happy to give us fresh towels.

This condo unit is in a great community. The offerings of this area are fantastic from the pools, to beach access and closeness to Publix and Winn Dixie. Vacasa was great to work with and I give them 5 stars as a company. As far as this condo unit it was dirty upon arrival and needs a deep clean. The carpet upstairs was very dirty and stained. The shower had mildew/mold on the tiles and grout areas. Kitchen isn’t well stocked and appliances are all old. Ice maker in freezer was broken but the Vacasa people got us ice right away!!! Washer and dryer is older and dryer doesn’t dry towels so we laid them outside everyday and ran multiple cycles to get other items dry. The condo has so much potential but needs a deep clean and some updating. The balcony at this place is a huge plus! We would return to the area but not this condo unless things are changed. Unit also smelled moldy and musty more so upstairs than downstairs.

A Very Cute Home Away from Home
This place was the perfect size for my two friends and I! It has a very bright and beachy feel, and the location was wonderful. This is a quaint little nook that allows you to be sheltered from the touristy PCB scene. The restaurants in the resort area are great; we especially loved Phat Crab.The other reviews are correct - it is not well stocked if you plan to cook, but it was perfect for us since we went to escape day-to-day responsibilities. The Vacasa staff was PHENOMENAL. They took great care of us - truly above and beyond expectations. Can’t wait to visit again!

Carillon Perfection
Nice condo! Super clean and exactly like the pictures. Comfy king size in the big bedroom upstairs. And a very nice twin size by the window (hard to see this in the pictures). Sofa bed downstairs was pretty good, would be OK for one adult or two kids. The balcony was awesome, so huge, and the breeze under the palms there was the perfect ending to our days. Of course Carillon Beach is the hidden gem of the panhandle, great pools, the best beach, beautiful houses, quiet atmosphere. Just a great place!

Loved the downtown area and quick walk to the beach and lovely pools in the neighborhood. Very big bedroom, we had plenty of room. Loved the patio area outside. Shower smelled a little mildew but other than that was very clean!

we were notified 4 days before our trip that our rental was not going to be available because of needed repair to a sliding door. we were moved to an upgraded rental 2 doors down. I knew of this unit from a previous visit and asked for it instead of other accommodations offered at a different property and the staff agreed and we appreciate them \'making it right!\' The space was so great!

Needs updating
Property is old and dated. Kitchen was poorly equipped- no cookie sheets, no oven mitts, etc. Showers had black mold. TV was not HD. Floors were dirty. AC did not cool bedrooms or upper floors. No luggage racks to help with loading/unloading to help with getting luggage up to room. No lighting over kitchen table. Skylights dirty with bugs, webs, mildew. Outdoor furniture dirty. Downtown Carillon needs some fresh paint, pressure washing, light fixtures/lanterns need cleaning. So disappointed! Would not recommend.
