I really appreciate the affordable price...I know during that rates hadn't gone up at the time of my stay but thanks for making such a beautiful place affordable to me and my family ! Hopefully it will be available next year were we can come back .

There was nothing that I could complain about ! The location was an easy ride to everything we wanted to do but far enough away from PCB that we didn't have to battle traffic. It would have been nice to be able to put our motorcycles in the garage but it was understandable that the owners had their personal belongings in there.

Pleasant

Overall beautiful gated community and kid friendly. We will come back to stay in different home next year!!

It seemed the house hasn't been used in quite a while. The coffee pot was filthy, mold in the showers, Cobwebs in corners of the bedrooms and laundry room and dust everywhere. The front porch needs to be sprayed down.Too top it off the mirror fell and broke into pieces in the 2nd floor bathroom (Thank God no one got hurt). I left the house cleaner than I received it.

Location, Location, Location

We loved the location more than anything. This house was conveniently located next to the beach. It was very spacious with a large kitchen and each room was nicely decorated. We were in between the main pool and the beach which was wonderful. The staircase was beautiful and is a great asset to this home.

The property could use some updates. There was not a tv in the bedroom downstairs. No clothes hangers which was a little inconvenient. We did a lot of cooking and there are not any pans for the oven. There is one 8X8 pan for the oven which makes it very difficult to cook for large groups. The ironing board was broke and the balcony at the top could use a couple of chairs.
