Upstairs toilet didn’t flush we had to remove the top each time and assist it, upstairs shower has NOT hot water, pillows were uncomfortable, orange sofa had a bad Oder, expired bread and 3 containers of ice cream in the fridge that expired NOV 8, 2022, dish rack is covered in rust, half used bar of soap in the shower, fridge was dirty, silverware tray was full of crumbs so we washed all of it. Coffee cups with 2 broken handles in the cabinet. I threw away expired food and the broken coffee cups. If the owner is paying for a cleaning service they are NOT meeting expectations. We used only the lower bathroom and since it was a holiday weekend didn’t call bc chances of finding a plumber should have been difficult and I didn’t want the owner to pay additional for a emergency call over the weekend so we used 1 shower only downstairs. I do feel some sort of discount should be applied due to the condition and inconvenience. I own rentals so I understand the disconnect when hiring cleaners. I left note on the counter explaining everything. However I was disappointed . Thank you, Jen
