Guest house and property were as advertised. Boerne is an outstanding place for a retreat or if you want to visit San Antonio without having to stay in the city.

THIS IS A GREAT, QUIET, COMFY PLACE!!! A good deal for the money!!!The only bummer about this place was the cleanliness of the floors. I like to go barefoot, and kept having to wash my feet due to the dirty floors. The bathroom was the worst. Hair and gunk hadn't been swept up before we arrived. I learned later that the owner had a new housekeeper, so maybe she just forgot to clean the floors?

We came into town to visit my husband's family for his parent's 50th anniversary, and as the rental was near my inlaws house, it made for great overflow space for my husband, myself and our 2 kids (5&7) to stay. I had to work during the time we were there so I needed quiet space. The setup was great for a quiet, peaceful break from everyone. Note that if you're wanting to work, the WiFi is not incredibly strong, so I was able to use my hotspot. The home was comfortable, well appointed, and well located to be close to Boerne. Melissa was kind and communicative. I would gladly stay there again.
