This was an amazing place to stay. The house is located on a street off the main road and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sound of the water. The porch was the perfect place to sit and relax.

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely, well-stocked lake house. Lynn had everything that we could need there, including all sorts of kids' books. All of us read on the back screened in porch everyday. Very clean house, so nicely decorated, updated kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds. We all fell in love with the porches. Have already asked to book again next summer.

We loved everything about this place for family members of all ages. The home was warm and inviting with everything we needed from the kitchen to fun on the lake. The yard that was free of steps with a flat beach area close to the house made it easy and safe to play with and watch the kids. The screened in porch offered a view and another perfect place to enjoy family meals, games and the little ones. We also enjoyed family celebrations around the large dining room table. The location was private but close to Wegmans, strawberry picking, pizza and go kart fun! Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We highly recommend this place for a Conesus vacation.

Accommodations were exactly as described on a quiet lake community with lots of fun stuff to do at the lake as well as local fun for hiking, golfing, go carts. We had 6 people stay and the place was very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Full kitchen with the grill made it easy for us to make meals plus lots of good restaurants close by. Had a great time and would definitely do it again in the future

The cottage was lovely. Every detail was well thought out from the well appointed kitchen to the outdoor spaces! We loved being directly on the lake. We brought kayaks and a boat and were able to access the boat from the dock. The screen porch was the perfect place for lake side breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was simply charming. I would highly recommended a vacation here!

I would rent this property again in a heart beat!
We met the owner she was extremely helpful with letting us know where we could park our trailer. The cottage is a lot nicer then the pictures. We all loved the place and we’ll always have lasting memories.

Awesome lake home!
This lakehome was perfect for our family to attend a wedding and also to relax and unwind for a couple of days. Only 35 miles from the Rochester airport, 10 minutes from grocery stores, a beautiful home with some fun surprises! A couple of bedrooms had sleeping porches that we loved to put our bags in to have easy access to our stuff without having our stuff all over where we slept. They’d be perfect for parents with little kids to stay right with them and also to have a bit of privacy. The rooms were so nice as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-thought out and beautifully, done. There was a dock where you could keep a boat, if you bring one. Our favorite spot was the sun porch, with three walls of windows with screens. It was like being outside without the bugs. Everything was so tidy. There is a washer and drier, ac, dishwasher, everything you might need for a family trip. We’d definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks
Found the home very clean on arrival.
Pleasant & timely communications with the owner.
Many recent improvements have been made with this home.
Cozy and charmingly decorated. Modern or new appliances.
Home had nearly every thing you might need in the kitchen except beach towels, crock pots & griddle(which we brought along ourselves..
Totally enjoyed the calm and peaceful enclosed porch right near edge of water.
Since temps were high the upstairs sleeping porch's were quite warm but AC in bedrooms and downstairs living & dining rooms was sufficient to keep us quite comfortable.
Thank you Lynn for a wonderful get-a-way for our two couples.
Will very happily come back again .

2021 Conesus Lake
Updated on all levels- furniture not musty smelling and old, beds extremely comfortable, plenty of kitchen items for preparation of meals, relaxing on porch with excellent lake views is a standout memory also.

Wonderful House and Location
We had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. It was very clean and very roomy. We loved having a fire pit on the side yard and large grassy field for the kids to play on. And the fact that it was off the main road was a plus. My family enjoyed the paddle board and although we didn't use the kayak, we were glad it was available to us. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely time on the Lake
The cottage was wonderful. The interior had a New England touch, which we loved. Very clean and the sounds of the Lake from the porch were so relaxing.

This cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom cottage. Private drive off of West Lake Road, you don’t have to deal with the traffic flying by. Secluded with nice shade. Additional beds in two of the bedrooms, one has twin bunk beds and the other has two additional twin beds both along with queen sized beds. Very well stocked kitchen, we always bring extra kitchen gear and didn’t have to use any of it! I’ll add that you will want to make sure to leave the upstairs light on so you are aware of the stairs right outside the three bedrooms!

Our COVID vacation 7-2020
The house was adorable. It was stocked w/ all things you would need in a kitchen. The swimming area was easy access with stone bottom. Paddle boat-kayaks would be a nice addition. Location was accessible to boat rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, brewery/cider, and other activities. Owner was very nice to work with!
It really only has 3 usable bedrooms; window air conditioning; 4 Adirondack chairs/2 lounge chairs-Next time we would bring more lawn chairs.

Beautiful Home Great Experience!
Lynn was fantastic - check in process was easy and the cottage was gorgeous! Lots of sleeping space and access to a big lawn for extra parking. Couldn't be closer to the water, had an amazing weekend and will be returning next year!
