Golfin’, Fishin’, Beachin’ Everyday Located on the south end of the island, this two bedroom, first floor condo is surrounded by amenities, minutes from the beach and has a beautiful view up the 4th fairway of Plantation Golf Course. We are so happy to share our beautiful home with guest and please respect and treat this with respect Space Living Space - The main living area has been recently updated with contemporary furnishings, (none of that 1970’s early goodwill décor here !) a sleeper sofa, a large dining table, access to the large screened-in porch with a newly added swing sofa and of course a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities- Hulu / ESPN / Disney Kitchen – The updated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bay window provides beautiful views of the golf course while you are doing dishes. (Just kidding, there is a dishwasher).The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and a few simple luxuries like a steam pot for shrimp, beer glasses and a margarita pitcher. There is even a wet bar for additional storage. Bedrooms - Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with updated cabinets and fixtures. The first bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and direct access to the screened-in porch. The second room has two double beds and its own wall mounted flat screen TV. Plantation Golf Course – Pro shop is located across the road from Ella & Ollie’s Restaurant. If you plan on playing multiple rounds, a TPC Club Membership ($50) will save you 30 % per round. From the porch, you can see the 4th Green. Beach Chair / Umbrella Rentals – The resort Amenity Pass will get you access to the showers and restrooms at the Cabana Beach. Bike Rentals – You guessed it, Water’s Edge Café NEW!!!We also have a golf cart that is available for use if interested. It has a sticker to enter and exit the back gate. The charge is $165 for a 3-day weekend or $350 for the week. Things you need to know to operate the Golf cart. These are not allowed to ride on Palmetto Blvd. and signed waiver of liability form must be returned prior to renting golf cart. We just re arranged the porch and put up a swing set which allows you to enjoy the seating more. (2 adults and 1 child ( max weight is 500 lbs). All Amenities are being managed by Wyndham and the fee for a week is $250 . The door code will be provided prior to the arrival day .
