Nice, clean, well equipped apartment and a nice host. Close to the city (many stairs, though = good exercise). Nice neighborhood.
The mess with fingerprint access to the pool. It was hard to register your fingerprint when we arrived, and then the system did not work very well. You could not always get in or out. Many other people faced the same problem.
The terrace was facing northwest and thus (at least in winter time), it was not many hours of sunshine there.

Nothing in the description about these things and the lady owner woke up us to leave the flat on Sunday at 9-40 am but the check out time on Booking.com is from 10 until 11am. Also she didn't present breakfast on this day.
She makes noises 4 in the morning in the kitchen every morning.
When we arrived she mentioned that if you loose the key you have to pay 20€. Surprise, suprise one of the key missing from the flat but she didn't change the door lock only asked 20€. What a shame.
I am sorry to say this but nothing to like here.
There are two people a cat and a dog live in this tiny flat so you have to share the bathroom and the kichendiner with the family. Everything clean but my partner has allergic to cats. This is a block building area and rubbish everywhere outside. Hard to find a parking place close to this block.

Lor is very friendly, responsive and nice! She makes very nice breakfasts and keeps everything clean in the apartment. She also gives very useful information about traveling around the island. The accommodation is nice and quiet too. You can see the beautiful sea view and sunrise from the living room. The neighborhood is quiet too. There're supermarkets and bus stops nearby.
It's very good overall except it was not easy to find the place at the beginning.

Our host was so sweet! The place was super clean and really nice! Had a fantastic stay! Totally recommend it!
We were a little confused by the buses to get there. There are 2 bus companies on the island (blue and yellow) and they use the same bus numbers. We took a bus to the bus station at the bottom of the hill, but I would recommend rather, taking the yellow bus #12, which goes closer, or I believe the yellow #51 may go even closer.

Taxi drivers are not so knowledgable about the area, so I would suggest the bus

Only two positive points: cleanliness and friendliness of the host (who could have made a better check-in) Note that there is a small dog but very calm
I'm quite disappointed. In my opinion it is not a good choice for a tourist. And it's clearly not worth the price for several reasons:
1/Location: it is a working-class residential area, located very high on a hill. It is therefore difficult to go back and forth between the apartment and the sea which is not that close.
2/ Reception: the check-in literally lasted 20 seconds!
3/Room: modest in size but very clean. Sea view quite difficult to get from the window. We see instead waste and the wall of the building just opposite

Very nice and lovely host! In the room is everything you need and the Apartment is really clean, beautiful and modern! The breakfast was nice and a Lot and also vegan if u like to.

Lorena is one of the most kindness person i' ve ever met.
The accomodation was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was tasty, we felt that Lorena made it with love. There were a dogie and a cat, they are sooo cute. 😊
If you like cozy places, Casa Lore is the right choice!

Perfect location for what we needed we were visiting family in Las Palmas hospital it was a 10 minute walking distance the hostess was so warm inviting and friendly couldn’t of doing anymore for us she was an absolute lady and kept the place immaculate clean she made us feel like we were right at home

The breakfast was a variety of cereals and marmelades and sweets. It was okay. There are not always much parking places, but it is possible to find a spot. All in all a nice stay.
