Clean and big Room! Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices including hot sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles. Best ever!
I highly recommend it!
The credit card holding for potential charges has been too long, which made me nervous!

location is good because its next to the airport, mall and resto
most of the staff in the reception are not approachable, they dont greet you, they dont see you when yoi leave or come to the hotel, not much customer service ot customer connection. they dont sound friendly. i worked in the reception in UAE for 6 years and compared with the customer service its nothing here in Canada. we interact, we ask, we smile, we connect with our hotel guests.
The breakfast is ok although they only served sausage for the 4 days, 3 nights stay, no variations of bacon or ham or burger patty. we always stay in holiday inn family in the US and we always get breakfast included but they have a lot of choices or variations. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Its clean and organize.

We flew in to Calgary for two nights before visiting family in nearby Cochrane. This hotel fit our needs - our teens enjoyed the swimming pool and we were happy to have a hot breakfast before starting our day.
By the time we booked, only a room with one bed plus pull-out couch was available to us - which we didn't mind as two adults and two teens. Despite the fact we had indicated we were four people at the time of booking, there were no linens, pillows, blankets, or towels for this to be a room for four, only for two. We had to ask for all of these things, as well as coffee and cups enough for us all. It felt a little strange to have to hard-scrabble for the items we needed just to make the room function for us four. I was, meanwhile, grateful for the kind staff at the front desk who helped us ultimately with these things.
