Overall, the apartment matches the description and was clean and neat. Unfortunately, our stay was disturbed by annoying renovation work happening on the floor above. We were also uncomfortable with the checkout process — check-out is at 10:00, but the owner rang the intercom 5 minutes early and was standing outside our door at 9:59. Nice place, but the noise from upstairs and the rushed checkout were a letdown.

The location is walkable to the station and the beach. The apartment is beautifully decorated and Pipo is very nice. I really wanted to give a perfect review because he really deserves but unfortunately the structure wasn't....
The building was extremely dirty, we saw several cockroaches (specially at night), ballpark 5/6 and the apartment is in the first floor so we felt uncomfortable, each night more appeared... also we tried to cook and the cooking supplies were all dirty, the water from the sink was also dirty... the bed is very uncomfortable and the shower has no pressure.
