The location was absolutely unbeatable and the convenience of access was fantastic. The housekeeping crew did a great job resetting the room when we were out during the day. Plenty of space and very good water pressure in the bathroom. Excellent communication from management
It’s not that i dont like it but it is good to note a couple things- you cant really open the shades for suite 1 because you are street level. It is an older building so you can hear footsteps of guests above you. Shampoo, Conditioner and body soap are provided but not lotion.

Nautical Nest was super cozy and very clean—the minimum that one needs for a decent stay. Good location if you want to be off of Warren Street.
However, calling it a hotel is a stretch. It's more like renting a room in a house, but we couldn't contact the host (unresponsive to messages), and the snacks for guests featured some moldy fruit. Given the house's age, the noise was constant and bothersome, and sound from outside easily traveled in. We stayed in winter, while the area was generally quiet. I can't imagine what summer would be like.
