The location was amazing! We were able to go to most of the main locations walking. It made it so easy for us to get around the city and to save a bit of money too.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel is very convenient too.
We had many issues with the Air Conditioner. For a few days, it was very hot, and we were not able to get it fixed.
Also, I feel like we need a bit more space in the room's bathroom. The size was great, but we had no space to put our stuff. Maybe a bit more shelfs for the guests would be helpful.

Comfortable bed & pillows. Good breakfast selection. Room very clean & quiet despite facing busy road.
Location uphill walk from city centre.
No slippers in room upon check in, these had to be requested. Complimentary bottle of water also opened which was replaced.
Poor lighting in bathroom for make up application.
