Excellent breakfast great location staff was superb room was very nice
Being on 2nd floor u had to carry luggage 2 flights. That was tough

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast options.
We stayed on the second floor, and there were quite a few stairs, so it was difficult to carry our luggage up and down.

Location was perfect
Very old and everything is noisy. Stairs, floors, outside and doors.

It's a really good location, the metro station is very close and there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby.
We stayed for 4 nights, but the hotel refused to change our towels, saying it’s only done for longer stays, which doesn’t make sense. In summer, it’s natural to shower more often, and fresh towels are a basic expectation. On top of that, the towels we received smelled awful, as if they hadn’t been properly washed or were washed at too low a temperature. This was truly unpleasant and, more importantly, unhygienic and potentially unsafe. Other issues, such as noise from upstairs and breakfast not being ready at the agreed time (despite being paid for), were frustrating but nowhere near as frustrating as the situation with towels.
