Einfach nicht zu empfehlen . Treckig und runter gekommen
Wohnung war von der Größe ok und hatte eine Ruhige Lage .
Ankunft keine einweisung wo man das Auto Parken kann standen direckt am Haus aber der Stellplatz gehörte wo nicht zur Wohnung unser Glück war das keiner weiter da war in der andren Wohnung . Wohnung nicht gereinigt , Boden sehr Treckig . Bad war voller Treck Waschbecken Zahnpaste vom Vormieter , Spiegel voller Spritzer . WC Voller Staub und das sehr stark . Wc Brille von unten stark verschmutzt . Jalosien in den Zimmern fehlen oder sind Defeckt . Lampen sind Defekt Leuchtmittel fehlen . Kochfelder beleuchtung geht nicht und keine Zahlen an den Schaltern also weis man nicht welche stufe oder Kochfeld eingeschalten ist . Nach langen suchen örgend wo die Anleitung gefunden . Wäscheständer Verrostet und Defeckt . Stühle auf Balkon sind nur noch Schrot . Keine Bessen oder Staubsauger da . Wie soll man bei Längeren Urlaub mal kurz den Boden von Sand Sauber machen . In der Zeit wo wir da waren , War nicht einmal jemand da . Ich vordere hier eine erstatung der Reisekosten . Den so eine schlechte Wohnung habe ich lange nicht gehabt . Nur gut es waren nur 4 Tage .

die Lage war ganz gut
extrem dreckig , es wurde nicht gereinigt . es war komplette dreck vom Vormieter und sämtliche Sachen in der Wohnung kaputt . Decken zum beziehen waren sehr beschmutzt.

Wohnung unzumutbar, die Lage der Wohnanlage und Pflege der Außenanlage waren gut.
Die Lage der Anlage und der Zustand der Anlage ist sehr gut. Über Geschmack der Häuser kann man anderer Meinung sein. Die Gaststätte in der Anlage war sehr gut.
Die Kochplatten sind beide kaputt, 30 Minuten versucht, Wasser warm zu bekommen. Ergebnis nein, Im Schlafzimmer alles kaputte Glühlampen in der Deckenbeleuchtung. Mussten erst einmal Handwerker spielen, um eine Notbeleuchtung zu bekommen. Plissees im SZ komplett kaputt. Im WZ an einem Fenster nicht vorhanden, weil kaputt. Balkontische stark verrostet. Mit einer hellen Jeans versaut man sich die Hose. Ein Tisch sogar kaputt. Die Wohnung ist in diesem Zustand eigentlich nicht zu vermieten. Ich erwarte eine starke Preisminderung.
