When the stars come out, cozy up around the firepit with outdoor seating and roast marshmallows while you tell old stories and reminisce about the day's adventures. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area. This lake gem is centrally located to all area attractions and in the popular Traders Landing Community making it an attractive spot! Spend the day boating and fishing or take a dip in the water at the nearby Deep Creek Lake. The ever-popular Wisp Resort is just a short 10 miles away, so enjoy all the snow play you can get during winter months! For a bit more excitement, head over to Wisp Alpine Coaster just a few miles away in McHenry for an outdoor adventure! THINGS TO KNOW There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored. Firewood is not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view of the lake was lovely.

The view of the lake is spectacular; close to restaurants and activities; master bedroom bed was very comfortable.

Overall the location was great. There’s no way we would have been comfortable staying inside longer than 3 hours besides sleeping. There was no room in each room for our bags, we had to leave them in the kitchen. I couldn’t even get to the other side of the bed being 20 weeks pregnant. Although my teenage son had the same problem, it was like sleeping in a closet. The view was pretty but that’s about it. The outlets need to be changed, nothing stayed in the outlet without falling out or working. Ceiling lights were broken above the bed. Things definitely need to be replaced and updated. Our code that was sent for check in didn’t even work upon arrival and after getting in late and. Having no outside lights on two flights of stairs was extremely unsafe. It wouldn’t cost much to add that to help your guests. I would not stay there again it’s not safe.

Great location but definitely should not have listed for 6. We couldn’t get in with the code nor the second code. There are ants in the living quarters and one bedroom has no A/C. Very disappointed for what we paid for it.

Several 2021 reviews complained about keyless entry, screen and front door not closing secure, the electric sockets were loose. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to see that these issues had not been corrected.

Great stay in a great location. Unit was very clean on check in and well appointed. Only issue was with being able to lock the door with the keypad once inside, but this may have been due to some new weatherstripping on the door. Would highly recommend this unit for a future stay.

The home was in a perfect location and clean. Only issues are that since we both have a CPAP machine we couldn't use the master bedroom, needed a shovel because it snowed and since we arrived after dark it would have been good to have a light indicating which unit we were staying in. Otherwise overall great place to stay.

Beautiful location
The place was in a perfect location right access the street from the lake. Beautiful views. Lots of quaint little shops and restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Black Bear Wine and Words.
Our only complaint was the stairs going up to our place were not well lit. It was difficult to find at first because they said it was on the lower level. It was not. You have to go up out door stairs with no lights. Add some big lights outside and it would be perfect!

The place was small. The refrigerator and freezer had a terrible odor. It's within walking distance of a good coffee shop and a good pizza place.

This was a nice place to stay really convenient to everything. The only thing I had trouble with is all the steps to get up to the unit 2 of us have bad legs as we're in our late 60's but it's great for younger people.

Bedding was dirty had to change it. Floor was also dirty. Coffee maker leaked. Couldn’t make any coffee. It had a nice swing and had a lofty feel. View was great. Could see the lake clearly. The bed was comfortable. Shower was clean. All the dishes and silverware were clean.

I personally enjoyed the low key vintage lake house vibes the condo had. A great location with pizzeria and coffee shop in walking distance and a view of the lake! It is very small but great for a small group! The only critique I would have is that the power outlets were barely functional. Cords falling out left and right and half of them didn’t work to begin with! The front screen door was creaky (a tad irritating) and very difficult to close as well making it very easy to unlock. Windows are also very difficult to shut and open. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay for a quick trip.

This property was not clean by all means. Sheets had stains. Shower had hair. Pots and pans were dirty. Hair all over a random blanket. No air ventilation. Seriously felt I was going to have an anxiety attack.Horrible experience for the price I paid.
