COZY HOME 8 MINUTES to Disneyland, close Little Saigon,Beach

This home is located perfectly for any family who is visiting Disneyland. We were a short 7 minute drive from the Pixar parking structure where you hop a shuttle and are taken right to the entrance of Disney. There were many restaurants nearby as well as stores for all of our needs. Our family of 6 (4 children and 2 adults) fit comfortably in this home and everyone had their own bed! Communication with the host was so easy! She responded to me immediately every time I contacted her and was sure we had all necessary check-in instructions prior to our arrival. The home was incredibly clean, had very comfortable beds and bedding, was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and offered plenty of space for unpacking. There was a washer and dryer on the patio which helped tremendously! The property is also located behind a locked gate that is accessible by code only as is the door to the home, so we felt very safe and secure in this lovely neighborhood. We have stayed in many rental units during our travels, and I can honestly say this unit has been our absolute favorite from the time we booked it through the time we checked out. We would highly recommend booking here and will be back in the future! We also were lucky enough to watch a small hummingbird build a nest right outside the bedroom window! Such a neat surprise! Thank you so much for having us and helping us to create the most amazing Spring Break vacation memories with our children!

This was the perfect home base for my family of 4 to stay during our Disney vacation. I wanted a place where each kid had a bed, washer/dryer, and free parking close to Disney. This checked all the boxes! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax after our long days at Disney. Jenny was quick to respond if we had a question and was very helpful. Check in and check out were easy! Clean property with everything that we needed. The location is on a quiet end of the street and about a 10 minute drive to Disney. Perfect for us and I would highly recommend this stay to others.

This rental was very adiquite for the three of us but could accommodate more. Easy access to Disneyland. We were able to cook meals in the well supplied kitchen.

The home in itself is wonderful, very clean, fully stocked, beds were comfortable and had lots of space. However, we had some challenges that made our stay uncomfortable... First, there are three doors in the hall way, which can seem confusing to know which home is the correct one. The listing says third door at the end of the hall, but the door need to be labeled A, B or C for clarification purposes. While we stayed there, a woman was attempting to enter our rental home, for two days thinking our rental was hers. I called owner to notify them of a stranger trying to enter, never got a response. Turns out, the woman also booked a rental, same description as ours, also said third door down, however it was the wrong door all together. Having a stranger try to open your rental home is a safety concern & quite frankly made us very uncomfortable. When we would leave for the day, we felt our personal belongings weren't secure & this ruined our experience. Not having any communication with owner made it that much worse. Also, the home has a padlock which is very different from any I've ever seen. The first day at the home, we used it & couldn't get it to open. Again, we called the owner to ask how to open the lock, once more no response. It took us over an hour, but luckily we were able to figure it out, but there needs to be a sign to pull & slide lock for those that have never used this type of padlock before. Overall, if it wasn't for the lack of communication & the mix up with the rental doors, the stay would have been enjoyable. Having strangers in the middle of the night try to open your door thinking this is their rental is NOT ok. The owners need to be more attentive & atleast respond when there are challenges.
