About this house rental
Enjoy this sunny, summer rental only 1.2 miles from South Shore Beach. This home features a new kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed while the upstairs bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have portable air conditioners. The sunroom features a large tv and comfortable seating. A large deck and yard provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and family time. Suitable for 1-4 people. This house does not have central air conditioning. A note for out returning guests: There is no longer a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. There is, however, a brand new more comfortable sofa. *please note: the outbuilding is retained for use by owner

This is a very nice place to stay, close to the beaches and very quiet. Might add a few board games or something like that to do with the kids when hanging around. Otherwise the house is comfortable and fit out nicely to meet your needs.

Our 2nd annual vacation in this lovely home. Super clean and well-appointed. Little Compton is not a “culinary destination” so wonderful to have a perfect kitchen from which to prepare great meals from nearby farm stands. Best feature—2 separate living areas to stretch out in so you’re not on top of each other. Backyard is always shady and breezy. An easy walk to South Shore Beach and Shaw Ave. Farmers market. This was our second time staying at this home. We absolutely love it here. It's beautiful, spacious inside and out, private, clean, close to the beach, and has everything we needed. The hosts are fabulous to work with too. Thanks so much :)

A perfect home away from home!
The online listing is totally accurate. Extremely neat and clean house in a lovely location, close to the beach and amenities. The owner anticipated everything -- from hand soap and tissues to beach chairs and a cooler. And the coffee and bright flowers added a very welcoming touch. Such nice accommodations surely added to our enjoyment of this beautiful area. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Wonderful Stay!
We had such a lovely time here! The house and property are beautiful and very clean, just as described. The home had plenty of space and everything our family needed. The deck and yard were nice for relaxing outside during down time and the box of yard games and fire pit were a fun bonus. The house was super close to the beach and plenty of great local cafes. We hope to come back again next summer!

Perfect stay in Little Compton
We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect: super clean, well-equipped, comfortable, great location…just lovely!! The hosts were easy to communicate with and proactively reached out when it looked like hurricane Henri might impact our stay. We will be back!

Just Perfect!
We spent a perfect 2 weeks at this lovely home. Beautifully maintained and decorated. Clean, bright & sunny, everything you could wish for. Separate living room and den for TV watching made for plenty of space to stretch out. Kitchen is brand new and very well equipped. Great location. 15 min walk to the beach and 15 min to most restaurants and groceries. 5 min to Little Compton Commons. This is a beautiful spot to relax and appreciate the meadows, farms, seaside and each other. Thank you so much!

The owners were very helpful - making sure we had flashlights and securing porch furniture when Tropical Storm Elsa blew through, and replacing the gas canister on the BBQ within 10 minutes of our call. Never even had to take the steaks off the grill! Their helpful guest book turned us on to the Town Landing lookout over the ocean, which became a nearly nightly outing with a glass of wine for us. All around great stay. We would return.

It is on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood close to a local beach and a short drive from the bigger beaches in Newport. The owners take care of all your needs. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Amazing!!
We were lucky enough to stay in Jenn’s warming beach house. Everything was very clean and the house is close to the beach and not too far from town center. Jen was a great host, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect famiy vacation week
We have stayed in a number of properties and this was by far the nicest. The whole family loved it. We plan to come back.
Also - good for a COVID-19 vacation. Beaches aren't too crowded and local towns require masks.

Beautiful Little Compton House
The home was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. We knew we’d be spending more time in the space due to current circumstances, so we wanted a great house, and we got it! We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen was brand new and well equipped. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the wraparound deck. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, lovely escape.
