Nestled in Holden Beach, this attractive house for $365 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to The Seascape. The Seascape is a super clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath, charming classic southern coastal, second row, beach house with ocean views. It is located on Holden Beach, NC, which has been designated one of the south’s best family beaches. The Seascape is just a few steps away from public access to the sandy beach and rolling ocean. No matter the occasion or reason for coming, The Seascape offers year-round enjoyment. Plan a game of corn hole beside the house with family and friends, grill on the barbie with the gas grill (we will have it all set up with grilling tools and a disposal area), enjoy the sounds of the surf from the large ocean-facing deck or settle inside in one of the comfortable chairs for some book time. The garage area is substantial and parking is available with ease for 4-5 cars. There are beach buggies, beach chairs and standard beach umbrellas available as well as an outside shower to wash the sun-kissed sand off your body from a lovely day at the beach. A Ping Pong table, paddles and balls are available. And bikes or a golf cart can be rented through the Property Manager. Our folks taking care of your stay are local and ready to provide your utmost enjoyment. Want to add a round of golf or a local's massage just ask, we can set you up. How about a Carolina Steam Pot for dinner. We can help arrange this. Grocery shopping got you down, our team can have it all unpacked and awaiting your arrival. And after an evening out with family and friends or a late stroll on the beach, your nighttime arrival back to The Seascape will be well lighted by exterior motion sensor lights at almost every turn. We look forward to making your stay as worry-free and as care-free as possible. Choose this lovely home with (1) queen bed in the ocean side bedroom and (1) double and (1) single bed in the street-side bedroom. These two bedrooms have a shared large tub/shower combo bathroom. The master bedroom on the opposite side of the house has (1) king bed and a private tub/shower combo bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku stick streaming TV's. The kitchen/dining/sitting rooms are all close so families can enjoy the camaraderie of meals together or the vacation puzzle table. The sitting/living area has a large 55” screen HD TV with Roku stick streaming. This area also has a sleeper sofa, which rounds out the ability to sleep (9) guests. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and the kitchen is well equipped. If there is something you want to make sure we have, just ask. The staff is ready to assist. With this rental we offer the golfer the ability to play at Lockwood Folly Golf Course located just 10 minutes away from the house or we can set up massage appointments from a local therapist that will come to you or you can go to her office, which is also about 10 minutes away. Each year The Seascape gets new touch ups/improvements to continue to provide the best vacation experience for returning guests as well as our new vacationers. Lately, the kitchen was repainted a bright, clean white while the front deck trellis also got a paint refresh. The new king size bed in the master along with the guest room queen are only a few months old. And the bedding is refreshed each year. Finally, the kitchen silverware and knives were recently upgraded to keep the cooking experience enjoyable. Please note: CHECK IN TIME IS: 4 PM CHECK-OUT TIME IS: 10 AM Please respect these times for not only the next guest, but for the house prep staff. We are available 24/7 and just a phone call away and we have maintenance staff on-call. Note: Damage insurance is paid for by the guest and travel insurance is available and highly recommended. Enjoyable and relaxing location with ease of access to the beach. Host was very accommodating and responsive to all inquiries. Host secured a cabana for us to use for the week that was set up each day …. A nice surprise upon arrival.

Three friends just wanting a beach getaway. The house was nice with a supplied kitchen, but we were on vacation so there was no cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and visiting. We did venture out to all the surrounding areas. The beach was very nice and was not busy during our stay. We enjoyed are time there. Very relaxing.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving week at The Seascape. Toni was great to work with. The property was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as promised. I particularly enjoyed the sunny front porch for reading or just rocking and watching the world go by. Beach access is super close, and there was a generous supply of beach paraphernalia to use. My only 4 out of 5 (Location) is because the traffic made things a bit noisy during the day. But all in all, a great place for a beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was as advertised, if not better. We really enjoy the downstairs space where everyone hung out in the evening playing games and spending time together. The latter part of our trip was interrupted by hurricane Ian, but the owner was very diligent about updating us on reports from the town council on storm conditions and procedures. We will definitely be booking our vacation here next year also.

The house is across the street from the beach and there are ocean views when sitting on the front deck . The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Beach access is very close . The beach was beautiful and the shelling was amazing !

Was a great place to stay, the owner rented a cabana for the week which was awesome. Close to the public beach access which allowed us to walk and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. Deck space was great and having a decent stocked kitchen was nice. The house could use a little TLC on the inside but I would still rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. They really stood out for the amenities that were provided. Loved that they had backpack chairs, boogie boards, and a buggie. Was not expecting to have a cabana set up every day but that was a very pleasant surprise, especially since it was a pretty rainy week when we were there. Would definitely stay again.

My girlfriends and I had a lovely time here. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach. We had a wonderful deck with a delightful pergola and rockers where we relaxed after enjoying dinner. The house was nice and clean the beds were comfy for all, and loved the dishwasher in the kitchen. Plenty of plates and cutlery ,the pots and pans could use an update but functional. The check in was super easy and the owner was very nice. We would love to make this our annual girl beach retreat.
