About this house rental
Sunny & Cheers is nestled in Grove by the Sea off 30A in Seagrove. We made so many happy memories at our beach house that we want to share it with others. We have 2 large bedrooms with there own bathrooms. Right out our back door is one of the two pools in our neighborhood that is lined with lots of beautiful trees and winding sidewalks. It is heated during our winter months that for those days it could be a little chilly outside. There is a tennis court/ pickle ball court with a basketball goal that we loved to play on. Enjoy sipping coffee on the porch swing listening to the ocean waves on one of two of our screened in porches. Take bike rides ( 4 adult bikes plus one child's bike included with your rental) to the beach or Seaside to grab ice cream or a grilled cheese at The Meltdown ( one of our favs). Lots of beautiful art lines the walls from local and regional artists b/c our family owned The Studio Gallery in Grayton Beach...a must visit! The Master bedroom has a new king size bed and a large mounted flat screen tv with it's own screened in porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house was recently renovated and freshly painted and ready to make memories with your family. Overview: 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths 1536 square feet plus 2 screened in porches Wi-Fi Cable Washer and Dryer Keurig plus coffee provided 4 new bikes included plus 1 kids bike 1 king bed, private bathroom, tv 1 Queen and twin bunk beds private bathroom Details: Check in at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM Minimum of 3 nights in off season

We loved the house and location! The bikes and a golf cart rental helped with getting to the beach.

We had such a wonderful time! The home is lovely. The pool access is fantastic if you have small children. We did rent a golf cart to go back a forth to beach. If you’re traveling with adults or older children, it wouldn’t be a terrible walk. The location is great for shopping and dinning. The owner, Taylor, was so accommodating and responds very quickly. I didn’t mention this during our stay, but did at check out. The exterior doors on the home are extremely difficult to open and close. As I said, I did mention that to Taylor at checkout and she lined up their maintenance man to go out that day. I would suggest it is time for a deep clean of the home, but no complaints. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great time, house was cozy and comfortable for our family. The beach area was not crowded and fairly close to house. We enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. Our host was amazing and wonderful to work with going the extra mile to assist when needed.

Very nice property with great location! Short walk to the neighborhood’s beach access - much less crowded than the public accesses. The neighborhood pool is steps away from the back door. Loved the screened porches in the early mornings and late evenings. Communication with the host was excellent! Quick and thoughtful responses to our questions about activities and services in the area prior to our stay.

Our family absolutely loved this house! The owner is extremely easy to work with and is communicates in a very timely manner. The house was perfect! It was exactly as listed. The house was so cozy and the location was great! The beds were amazing! Our children agreed this was one of our best stays yet! We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this beach house! It was perfect for our family of 5. Accommodations were very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing time. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you need to stay in and cook if you prefer. Also loved that one of the neighborhood pools was steps from the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 had the best week at this home! This house is everything you could ask for…beautiful, comfortable and clean! The location is great…in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities: pool, courts and close to Seaside! Taylor was incredible with responding to any and all questions and gave so many great recommendations! Would absolutely book this home every time!

Overall the stay at the beach house was great. A little more crowded on 30A than we expected but it was a holiday weekend. Nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the games at the house and bunk beds. We discovered pickle ball on this trip and will definitely play more.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is so quaint and the house really feels like a home away from home. Taylor and Steve did not miss any details, the house is equipped with everything. The screened in porches were so nice, the beds are so so comfortable. The house is so close to the pool which was great for us with two younger kids. We opted to rent a golf cart so getting to the beach was a breeze, and everything is a short golf cart away. We can’t give enough stars for our expierence here, memories were definitely made! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for having us!

We had a wonderful time at this charming property! The home was cozy and comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The home was so well equipped with everything you need from the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the outdoor bikes and toys. We couldn’t have asked for more! The location of the home is perfect and the amenities in the neighborhood are an added bonus. Taylor was a perfect host, always responding promptly and providing wonderful dining suggestions we loved. We look forward to returning to this home again! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great place and location in Sea Grove. Quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. One of the neighborhood pools (heated) is adjacent to the backyard. 10 min walk to the beach or 5 minute bike ride. Teens enjoyed biking to the beach, Seaside or local coffee shops.

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. There was inspiration everywhere we looked, from the beautiful artwork and positive quotes, to the amazing selection of books to enjoy. We were able to relax comfortably, as the home was so cozy and well-equipped. We loved having use of the bikes...it was so nice to have them! Taylor was very responsive and gave us many wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful stay at this cozy beach house. The accommodations were just as described. Taylor was extremely responsive to our inquiries and helped us with activities, restaurants and even additional bike rentals.
The neighborhood is quiet and away from 30A but only a few minutes walk to the beach from the cozy cottage. We enjoyed the screened porches for morning reading time. The pool was just steps from the house for afternoon break.
All in all, a great Gulf coast experience. I give Taylor and her home my highest rating.

This is our second stay here and it’s everything we wish for in a home-comfy, great location to beach and biking into seaside and Seagrove. And having the bikes on site was such a plus! Love working with owner!

We loved the neighborhood and location, and will definitely rent here again. House was as described in listing, and super cute, with plenty of room. My boys prefer the pool over the beach, so access from the backyard was a plus. Thank you, Taylor!

This property is just what you expect from the pictures/description. Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. This house is in the back of the neighborhood so there is a little bit of a walk to the beach - through the neighborhood then across the street. Taylor was great to work with & answered all of our questions!This was our first time staying in a house over a condo & it was definitely a much better experience. We had such a great week & loved staying in Seagrove! By the way.. the beach is gorgeous

This property was perfect for us! It was nice! It was comfortable! It was quiet! The location was great! We loved having the bikes available to us. This was definitely an added benefit of this property! We loved having the pool behind the house available to us. The property owner was easy to work with. I have nothing but good to say about this property & would definitely stay here again! What a great week!

Great home for Seagrove family vacation!
Our family had a wonderful vacation and everything about this home was great! Everything was very comfortable and clean and it felt like home! Great and quiet location in the back of the neighborhood and very convenient to the pool. We rode bikes to the beach daily and enjoyed riding to all the trails in Seaside. Such wonderful memories and a fantastic host!

Cozy beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home in Seagrove Beach. The home was beautifully decorated with art, designer finishes, and comfortable beds. Taylor provided so many extras-beach toys, kitchen tools, games, etc-that made it feel like home. The close proximity to the pool was very convenient after a day out at the beach when our kids just weren’t quite finished having fun! We were able to explore Grayton and Seaside beaches while we were there, since they are all very close. Taylor was also very accommodating when we had to swap out some dates after our original plan was unexpectedly interrupted with a commitment we couldn’t cancel. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

Perfect home in perfect location
Taylor was an awesome host from before we even got to Seagrove she was so responsive. Checkin was easy and accommodating and checkout was the same. But the stay, just perfect. The Irwin family home was just right for our family of four. Enough space for everyone to have some alone time but great gathering areas too. The beach access is so close and the neighborhood was so quiet and quaint, a nice break after the busyness of the big chill or seaside square. We jumped in the pool a few times to cool off and it was so convenient to the house. We did not have a car and while the bikes are nice it was so hot that we were very glad to have rented a golf cart, it made the week easy and a lot of fun! We did go down to rosemary beach one day and had to Uber there though, bc no carts allowed. Uber was not super easy bc there doesn’t seem to be a lot to drivers but it worked. Our favorite restaurants were The Perfect Pig in Seagrove and Great Southern in Seaside. We went to the beach every single day and this home was just the perfect place to come back and have downtime after beach and before dinner. Lazy mornings and movie nights with easy streaming. We would love to be able to come back and stay here again and I would absolutely recommend to our friends! Thank you Taylor and Steve for sharing your lovely beach home with us!

Beach Paradise
As a family, we have traveled a lot - within the USA and Europe and this was one on four favorite vacations. The house was perfect and the location gorgeous! I am usually pretty picky and this time, I had zero complaints. It was paradise!

Kickoff to summer
Your home was so comfortable and homey; the community was quiet and charming. We spent our evenings swinging on the front porch, looking through your wonderful coffee table books. My family and I had a great time biking to the beach and to Seaside and Watercolor. The beach was wonderful. Because there was no car parking there, the beach area was not crowded. We have already recommended your place to some neighbors that have never been to the panhandle. Your home is wonderful. , thank you for sharing your cottage by the sea:)

This home is perfect for a getaway -- honestly the pictures don't even do it justice. Taylor (and family) are excellent hosts. As a bonus, Taylor provided us with recommendations for restaurants, spa and other treats (i.e. beach chair rental) before we arrived. The house was clean and location to the beach and pool can't be beat. It is so close to the action in Seaside and Watercolor, but far enough away to be restful. We loved sitting on the porches!!
