Really lovely place and communication with the owner was fabulous. We loved all of the history of the pinto bean warehouse in the decor. The outdoor kitchen space was a lovely gathering place every night and we enjoyed the sauna too. We watched both sunrises and sunsets, storms rolling across the valley, and admired the stars. The location is outside of town, but not excessively far. My extended family was very comfortable with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. Our group included seniors and a toddler, so it’s really well suited to an extended family trip. The kids room inside one of the bedrooms worked great for my toddler and allowed us to be very close, but still to have some separation. The house was incredibly well stocked as well. There was even a full sized high chair although we are past that age. We’re already trying to figure out a way to come back in a couple years as my toddler already wants to return to “the bean house”!
This is nothing against the owners as this was the cleanest rental home I’ve stayed in, but wow CO has some creepy bugs. There were traps and evidence they do everything they can to minimize them, but it is located surrounded by farmland. So if you’re especially sensitive to bugs, just be aware.

I was traveling with five other adult friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed this place. When we arrived, there were snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The coffee bar was fully stocked. We stayed 3 nights. One night we cooked dinner, and there were plenty of pans, etc. for us to use. Plenty of bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were big. On this trip, we stayed in 4 lodgings altogether, but this was our favorite by far. Great value.
One of the rooms is advertised as 4 twins and a king. It's actually 2 twins and 2 trundle beds. If you had to use all 4 beds, it would be a tight fit in that room. We only needed one twin and the king, so it wasn't a problem for us.
