Although it was a good size apartment with good air con and wi fi , we found unclean bed linen , stained pillows and mattresses. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and neither were the kitchen saucepans . The patio furniture was grey with dirt and the barbecue was discusting . We had to clean the apartment ourselves . We asked for new pillows , pillow cases and sheets , but we were only bought new pillows and pillow cases . The swimming pool was lovely although unfortunately there is a lady who regularly comes out and moans about children with sun protective swim wear before they even get in the pool . The area was near a supermarket but the pavements were dirty . Also the owner said they don’t charge a cleaning fee when the booking actually shows it as €130 . They refused to refund back the cleaning fee to us as they said they didn’t charge one . So think twice about booking this place .

Really lovely spacious apartment with lots of amenities Pool was lovely but unfortunately on our last day I have to frighten away a baby rat from the shower area by the pool One elderly neighbour did a lot of shouting ahout rules at the pool....not very friendly Property is at the top of a very steep hill which is ok for able bodied adults....not so much for buggies or little children Area is very dirty....litter everywhere.....and dog poo everywhere on footpaths. Unfortunately there was a problem with checkin. We were left waiting in the roasting heat for almost 30 minutes. We had expected someone to be there to let us in as I had told them the time that the taxi was going to meet us at airport. Luckily we found that the side gate was open so we were able to shelter from the very high temperature until the key holder arrived Also when we were leaving the key holder came in while we were still getting dressed and packing up. She went around the house and was stripping the beds and gathering up towels as we were trying to get ready to leave So the apartment is beautiful and the pool very warm (definitely around 50 steps down and up again) but unfortunately the arriving and leaving was terrible because of the key holder

It was great, even better than on the photos and better than we had hoped for! Everywhere was clean and contacting the host was very easy, as was checking in and out. The shared pool was rarely used by others and so we almost had it to ourselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Torrevieja. Location was perfect, very close to the beach and a supermarket.

El alojamiento está equipado con todo lo necesario, muy tranquilo, bonitas vistas, aunque hay que coger el coche para todo, pero en general todo bien. La persona de contacto para la entrega de llaves muy simpática y competente.

Maison conforme à la description. Très belle vue sur la mer. Piscine top. Je recommande.

Logement agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, barbecue, un grand espace, tv, Wi-Fi, la piscine parfaite, la terrasse arrière a vue sur mer,résidence calme, on as passé un excellent séjour, a -10mns en voiture de la fameuse fête forraine et de la côte, 3mns en voiture de lidl très pratique.😁 Le propriétaire a été excellent, la personne qui nous as accueillie parle français, et a été géniale, linge très propre... Merci beaucoup Je recommande cette propriété a 100%.
