Absolutely spotless hotel and truly impeccable service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, and a special thank you to Jay for such a warm welcome he made us feel genuinely taken care of. Out of our entire trip across Japan, this was by far the best hospitality and most comfortable stay we had. We can’t wait to come back!
Honestly, my only complaint is that I have no complaints.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Cooking department (Fuku, Hatano) ; the food was delicious thank you./ Front office team (Masaaki, Natsuko, Miki, Issei, Jay ) HK department were spotless. I remember these names. The room was nicely decorated and specious. Especially flow and the angle of the rain douche was perfect. Not even a single drop of water outside the douche area. The toilet door was perfect too :)
We were very suprised to have a room next to the kitchen with this price. No facilities ( no main swimming pool, thought there was a terrace or bar but no, no Spa no fitness, no room service), although it is on the beach ; no beach facilities such as beach beds and umbrellas or life guards, sound of the kitchen, especially the smell also at night that special noise. Once you entered the room especially the living room area has humidity smell. Although we opened the window. It stays there. We had had a ground floor room with a garden. But no sitting opportunity as all the rooms had.There was a colon like structure right in the middle near kitchen and towards our room which wasn't supposed to be there but I believe due to the fire law it installed afterwards. It disturbs your walking all the time. It was our mistake looking only the photos :(. After flying almost a day. Although there was only us and one more room staying in the hotel all this time. They wouldn't upgrade us. That was not acceptable. But still we didn't wish to ruin our Okinawa trip. So we stayed. After our check out we continued to stay in Okinawa for another week , we had wonderful time. We forgot the small adaptor by mistake it was plugged in our telephone. They made us remember. So we left it at the next hotel reception which was close by under their name and informed the hotel.
