Close to Agua Azul Waterfall. Lots of restaurants (all selling the same food) in the area.

For the price (850 pesos) we had a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. The room was not dirty but didn't live up to expectations (for comparison, we stayed in a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in Tulum for 690 pesos a night). The room had a plastic coca cola chair and desk, bathroom door was broken, no toilet seat, towels were hard (unusable), beds were OK. One small window overlooking the road. We had a standing fan (thank heavens for it, it was very humid and hot). Lots of ants (expected, you are in the middle of the jungle but be careful with food in the room). We were charged extra (20 pesos per day per mobile device) for internet which was un-usable. We booked for 2 nights, left after the first. Don't waste your time here unless you are OK with over-priced, sub-standard accommodation.

The room had air conditioner

There was no wifi or it was for A fee for 8 hours. That was not communicated before hand. We almost couldn’t get rooms with air conditioner. We were told they didn’t have any and that it was not what we paid for.

2 minutes walking to waterfalls.

There is no need to stay at agua azul. Take a day tour. It is not a cute village but just a tourist trap. Half day is more than enough for a visit! Wifi was not included.

Near to Agua Azul and convenient for an eco-touristic holiday.

Very dirty, lots of bugs, not well looked after. Very dissapointing compared to how it was rated originally.

We weren’t expecting much based on the previous reviews but were still let down a bit more. They charge 700 pesos for WiFi now. Our toilet missed the toilet seat and there was no mirror in the bathroom. They definitely charge too much.

We had a great room (a suite) with a private balcony and a spacious room. Everything was great.

Not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. I think they just need to turn that boiler on in time (maybe ask in advance)
