Great Trip with Big Hiccup

It's a great location, walking distance to the shopping center and the attractions. It's a very nice cabin with all the amenities. The area is very quiet and safe. The town is close to other cities, so we took day trips to Eureka and Springfield, MO.

We booked and paid 3 separate bedrooms, 4 beds total cabin but we got 2 bedrooms and a loft with 3 beds total. We called the office inquiring about the discrepancy, but the staff told us that it's nothing they can do about it. They do not have 3 separate bedrooms cabin available at the moment and blaming Booking.com for making the mistake. Long story short, the next day Chase from Thousand Hill called us back and promised us he would take off 10% from the bill but he never did. Booking.com ended up taking 10% from the bill. Regardless, Manager Chase from Thousand Hill did not keep his promise and he still owed us the 10% he promised us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the area and day trips to Eureka and Springfield, MO.

Beautiful cabin, relaxing stay.

Beautiful cabin...Clean....spacious Very nice. A block away from the strip but you could not tell it.

Wish the parking spaces could be larger. Our neighbor kept parking across the line which meant we had to park halfway in the yard.

overall it was a great stay

I loved the cabins and where they were located. you felt like you were in the woods yet you were close to everything. we loved it

it said three bedroom so I thought that’s what we were getting. I didn’t realize the loft was one. I did not like having a bathroom right there for us in the loft and had to go downstairs to the one we shared with bedroom one

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cabin. The cabin was clean, and fairly well equipped. The screened in porch area could use a little TLC and the furniture in the living room could use a refresh, but overall, we were thrilled with our stay and would definitely come back. Excellent location to the strip.

Would have liked an extra blanket or two, and the bathroom configuration in the master en-suite wasn’t ideal, but totally manageable.

Cabin was spacious and quiet. The cabin was very nice and decorative. However, it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in some time. You could tell it hadn’t been dusted and there were some webs in corners of the cabin. The rollout couch is very uneven and you wouldn’t want to sleep on it. The shower door in the master bathroom doesn’t shut completely. Some of the blinds have been damaged and not fixed. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean.

the jacuzzi tub when we used the jets dirt came out staff didn’t seem to want to help me out out or give any discount for the tub it was one reason we wanted to stay there

It was very comfy and cozy!

the only thing we struggled with, was the water pressure in the shower. it was really hard to get all of the soap off.

The washer and dryer door was broken and laying in the floor when we got there. And the furniture is a little dated.
