A large group will be able to stay all together without sacrificing privacy. Some studios have a full kitchen so you can cook meals instead of going out, and every condo has access to cable on the flatscreen TVs. Even your four-legged friends can come along for the adventure - this entire complex is dog-friendly! What's nearby: Gather everyone together and go hit up the heart of Rockaway Beach, just a one block's walk from the complex. Put on your swimsuits and grab the provided beach towels before walking just two blocks to the public beach so you can spend sunny summer days relaxing on the sand or swimming in the Pacific Ocean. Eat some local cuisine or shop at one of the charming local stores along Highway 101, just a short distance east of the inn. Things to know: #212 is the only condo that has a full kitchen. All others have a kitchenette (fridge or minifridge and microwave combo). If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: There are active security cameras installed on-site, focused on the parking lot. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
