The service desk was bad luis was rude

Pool and beach access. Beautiful view.

NOT a real ocean view without straining from small part of balcony. Construction site next door was all we saw or heard sitting on balcony. Only 3 towels for 3 people. small fridge with freezer solid. poor lighting. very dusty. shower liner magnets did not work(looked old) and floor got wet. Sink hot water faucett did not shut off properly, dripped in kitchenette. Definitely not a kitchen. could not charge food to our room since it was private. since it was privately owned made extra challenging to get towels, chairs and umbrellas. Charged extra access fee not originally quoted for those services but still challenging. Food prices not accurate on menus. Elevators were insuffient for the amount of floors. One was broken the entire time. Second went down for one day.

waste of time and money! The room was dirty, the wallpaper in the toilet has come off the wall. a little more time and they will fall on your head. View from the balcony to the construction site. You will listen to the sounds of the construction site all day. I do not recommend it. I refused this room on the same day after I checked in.
